The company has been sold and is no longer offering good products. the new parent company has anti trader rules designed to make it very difficult to pass and maximize their income via traders loosing accounts. Avoid this company and trade elsewhere
In their reply to this report they indicate that nothing changed after they sold the company to instant funding. this is a lie. Every user who paid extra to use the ctrader platform were just migrated to another inferior platform and expected the customers to just accept the loss of the extra ctrader fee. The support option is dire anybody watching their discord can see how every issue just get referred to the blackhole of automated support.
Again do not trust this organization other prop firms have much better leadership and a fair way to treat customer issues.

The exact same thing is happening to me with them right now; they have already closed two of my trades at the stop-loss level, even though the price is nowhere near the stop-loss.

I have used Prop firms for 18 months and never had reason to complain. I did pass one last October with FTP but my strategy then failed me. This time however I was happily trading away on eval, account up about 4%, when a EURUSD short was stopped out at 9pmGMT on 28 May at EURUSD 1.729 when price was showing as 1.647. 82pips spread ?? OandA spreads showed maximum 8pips at that time. I have been trading for 20 years and never seen anything like this before. Completely fraudulent pricing. They blamed it on their liquidity provider but EURUSD is the most liquid pair you can get. Funny they would do this as it just means they have lost a potential ongoing customer. They have not responded to my very reasonable email disputing that there could possibly be 82pips spread at that time !

Great company, customer service and and payouts processing is the most top notch. I'm hoping the company can grow bigger and offer more access to more capital and allow copy trading. Keep up the good work.
