FundedSquad rejected my payout after claiming I violated their 70% margin rule. The timing and handling of this situation are extremely frustrating, especially after I had put in the time, followed the trading process and reached a significant payout.
If margin usage is such a critical rule, why wasn't there a clear warning when the account was approaching the limit? Why is the issue being raised when a significant payout is requested?
This has completely destroyed my trust in the company. Whether or not they call it a “rule violation,” from my perspective the payout process has been handled in a way that feels completely unfair and unacceptable.
Traders should think very carefully before trusting this company with their money and time. A prop firm should be transparent about risk rules from the beginning, not leave traders finding out the hard way when they request a payout.
Extremely disappointed. Extremely frustrating. Never again.

Totally scam company, I have taken my three payouts successfully, but they didn’t process my refund fee and after that I lost my account. now they are telling me. I have lost my account so I can’t access my refund fee , whereas it should have come with my payout, but they didn’t process now they are blaming me.

My experience with FundedSquad has been extremely disappointing. After completing all trading conditions and requesting a legitimate withdrawal of over $2,100, my payout was abruptly declined. The explanations provided regarding trade execution lacked clarity and proof.
What is more concerning is the behavior within their official community. A senior community lead reached out privately demanding extra crypto fees to help resolve my withdrawal issues. While their risk team eventually admitted there were serious problems with how their staff handled things, no actual solution was provided. Since then, they have completely stopped replying to my emails and inquiries.
Traders should know that once you reach the payout stage, you might face delays, unfair denials, and unresponsive support. Please be very careful before purchasing any evaluation challenges here.
