Payout denied for IP sharing β€” happy to map the ranges if the file is reopened and evidence is provided

I am a funded trader in Spain. FunderPro failed the account and denied the payout for IP sharing under Clause 13.4. They have said in writing that margin was not the reason the account failed.
Some IP ranges were cited with the last digits masked. In the RIPE database these are TelefΓ³nica de EspaΓ±a and Vodafone EspaΓ±a allocations. I traded only on MetaTrader 5 on my personal iPhone, from home Wi-Fi, my own mobile data, and my office gateway.
I accept that two short metals trades exceeded the 20% margin cap. I asked for the published first-violation remedy on those trades: deduct that profit and process the payout. That was refused because of the IP finding.
On 2 October I asked whether each match was the same full IP as another client or only the same ISP prefix, whether any matched account was mine, whether the device was a single iPhone, and for the login times. That request has not been answered.
I am not asking for a public debate. I will map each range to home, mobile or office as soon as the timestamps are confirmed, and I will update this review if the logs are provided or the payout is processed net of the margin-trade profit. Account reference available by ticket or direct message.

Hi,
We understand your concerns regarding the payout decision and the IP-sharing review.
To clarify, compliance decisions are not based on IP address similarities alone. Reviews consider broader account-access patterns and additional security indicators identified through system analysis and manual review. For security and privacy reasons, we cannot disclose raw logs, specific login details, or proprietary detection criteria publicly.
As previously communicated, the account failure and the margin review were separate matters. If you wish to challenge the IP-sharing finding, please continue through the formal appeal process so the risk team can review any additional information provided.
Thank you for sharing your concerns.

Overall positive experience with…

Overall positive experience with reliable payouts!
I purchased a $100K challenge account about a year ago when I was completely new to trading. Because I was still learning and refining my strategy along the way, it took me nearly a year to complete both phases, but I recently passed Phase 2!
Back when I bought the account, the total profit target across Phase 1 and Phase 2 was $18,000, and the plan came with a promise of daily payouts within 24 hours. By the time I passed, the rules for the same challenge type had been updated to a lower $15,000 target with 14-day payout cycles.
Initially, I was placed under the new 14-day rules. However, after reaching out to their support team, they kindly honored my original terms and restored my daily payout status. The only catch is that I currently have to contact live support each time to manually enable the payout request button, and the actual transfer takes a few days rather than 24 hours.
Despite the minor delay, I received my payout today! While it wasn't strictly within the original 24-hour window, the important thing is that they paid out as promised.
Moving forward, I would love to see if they can update my account to an automated daily payout system instead of making me manually contact the support team to enable the payout button every time. It would also be fantastic if payouts could consistently arrive within their original agreed 24-hour timeframe.
Overall, I am feeling happy with the outcome and appreciate support honoring my terms. I'll keep this review updated as I receive my next payouts to keep everyone posted!

Dear FunderPro Support Team,

Dear FunderPro Support Team,
I am writing to respectfully request the reinstatement of my FunderPro account, which was terminated due to 30 days of inactivity.
During this period, I was hospitalized and undergoing a medical operation, which made it impossible for me to access or trade on my account. This was completely beyond my control and was due to a genuine medical emergency.
I understand the 30-day inactivity rule, but I kindly request you to consider my exceptional circumstances and make a one-time exception by restoring my account.
I was not intentionally inactive and had no intention of violating FunderPro’s rules. I would be extremely grateful if you could review my case and reinstate my account.
Please reconsider my case and help me restore my account.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
Kind regards,
[Bhargav]

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your medical circumstances and understand that your hospitalization made it difficult to access your account.
However, the 30-day inactivity policy applies to all traders, and accounts are handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. While we sympathize with your situation, we’re unable to reinstate accounts terminated due to inactivity.
We appreciate your understanding and wish you a smooth recovery and all the best in your future trading journey.

Hi everyone

Hi everyone. I had a promo code in my messages in funderpro platform was saying 30% off in all accounts +second chance free so I bought and didn't put second chance free in my order when I failed and asked for second chance the answer was that was typing mistake... Just a joke.... The second chance is about 42 dollars I didn't put as an extra cause of the promo now I have to buy a new account... Who's fault is that? Mine of course I know.

Hi Alan,
We understand that you’re disappointed with the outcome of your account and that you have chosen to share your concerns across multiple reviews.
However, repeatedly posting substantially similar reviews does not change the outcome of the account review. Funded accounts are subject to the trading Terms & Conditions, and account failures are determined based on the relevant account activity and rules applicable to the program purchase.
If you believe your account was failed incorrectly, we encourage you to use the appropriate appeal process and provide any relevant evidence so the matter can be reviewed by the relevant team.
