All attempts to use w1thdraw failed until I came across the page in my name

Although I submitted my payout request on March 26, 2026, my payment still has not been processed due to excuses involving third-party payment providers and various other delays. Throughout this process, I have exchanged around 60 emails and attended 3 different interviews. Despite being told multiple times that the payout would be sent in parts, I still have not received my payment. Because of the constant delays and the lack of a clear resolution, I have completely lost trust in this company. Based on my experience, I definitely do not recommend trading with this firm.

As always, I get great support from the Funding Traders tech team. They are fast, knowlegable, and kind!

This prop firm has been an annoyance all month. I opened a 1 step pro account on 3/30 and it's been such a headache dealing with Funding Traders. 4 times since opening the account, they've had "broker issues" which required them to migrate my account 4 times, change my logins without my knowledge, and lock outs that took hours to days to resolve, chatting back and forth with support has been a major annoyance.
During the 4th migration after I logged in, I placed a trade, then in the middle of my trade, the account just logged out while a trade was active and I had to scramble to get support to fix it and give me the correct log in.
Now it's payout day and they claim to have a 48hr guarantee, and guess what, I conveniently had all sorts of issues with their dashboard allowing me to request a payout that took several hours to resolve, and now the "risk team" wants me to personally call in for an interview, so guess what they won't process it until another 48 hrs after that call. It's already been 24 hrs since my request and so this 48 hr deadline is not going to be met.
Funding traders constantly having glitches, errors, and delays, and can't even give a payout on time. I've undergone the risk review today and will update on how the process goes afterwards.
