I Gave Them more than 8 Months of My Life. They Gave Me a Goodbye Email and Kept My Money.

Title: 6 months. $1300+ paid. Then banned, called the wrong name, and kept my last $631. Here's everything.
FundingTraders was my first ever prop firm.
I wasn't here for a quick withdrawal. I wanted a career. I failed accounts, lost money, learned from it, came back, passed evaluations, and slowly became profitable. Every time they found an issue with my payouts I adapted without argument. I changed my strategy, adjusted my holding times, modified my risk management. Six times I changed something based on their feedback.
Six times I said okay and kept going.
Then they banned me and kept my money anyway.
Here's what happened payout by payout:
Payout 1 - Processed. No issues.
Payout 2 - Blocked. Apparently swing accounts need 12 hour hold times. This rule existed nowhere in their FAQ. I adapted. They paid me.
Payout 3 & 4 - Accused of hedging across two accounts with identical entries, exits, lot sizes and profit. Same trade. Same everything. They called it a violation, couldn't prove it, then quietly paid me anyway.
Payout 5 - News trading deduction. Fair. I accepted it.
Payout 6 - Flagged for not holding trades long enough. Gold hit my take profit in under 2 minutes. That's not a violation. That's the market. I adjusted anyway.
Payouts #4774 & #4787 - Banned. Accounts closed. $631 withheld. Platform access gone overnight with zero warning while my funded accounts were active and in profit.
The reason? Coordinated group trading.
I am a sole trader. I have no group. No signals. No trade copier. I don't have a single trading friend. I started this journey completely alone and traded alone every single day.
Their evidence? Trades with no account number.
Literally listed as "Acc: None." No verified owner. No account attached. They took anonymous unidentified trades and used them to permanently ban me and freeze my payouts. That's not proof. That's nothing.
500 IPs? I live in Pakistan.
Pakistani telecom providers use Carrier-Grade NAT. Your IP changes every single time you reconnect. One person. One phone. Hundreds of IPs. Their system had zero understanding of this and called it a coordinated network.
They called me Gabriel.
My name is Yahya. It has been Yahya in every single email. After months of detailed professional responses their risk manager addressed me as Gabriel in his reply.
That one moment told me everything. Nobody was reading my case. It was copy paste templates from beginning to end.
They said my replies were AI generated.
When I pushed back with technical arguments they couldn't answer they told me I was using AI to communicate and used that to stop engaging.
They had no response to my arguments. So they attacked how I wrote them.
KYC concerns - mentioned for the first time in the very last email.
Four team members. Months of correspondence. Not once was KYC raised until the absolute final response when every other argument had already been challenged. If it was a real concern I deserved to know from day one. Not when everything else had failed.
They gave me a Google Meet call.
After I posted publicly on X they reached out, arranged a call, and I came prepared with everything. I asked for one thing only. My payouts.
The answer?
"Our findings from an independent source from your country show contrary to your claims. We wish you success."
No source named. No evidence shown. Just goodbye.
The part that says it all.
They already paid me over $1,300 based on this exact same trading. Same strategy. Same instrument. Same accounts. They approved it. Then the moment I had multiple funded accounts profitable and ready for withdrawal they banned me, froze everything, and kept my $631.
I adjusted my strategy six times. I passed their evaluations. I stayed patient through months of emotional stress, rejected payouts and invented rules.
It meant nothing.
The tight stop loss rule? Not in their FAQ.
The 12 hour hold rule? Not in their FAQ.
The 2 minute trade duration rule? Not in their FAQ.
Rules appear here when you become profitable enough that paying you actually costs them something.
I came here with genuine ambition and gave this place everything I had.
They gave me a goodbye email and kept my money.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Document everything from day one. Every trade. Every email. Every payout request. You will need it.
1 star. And that's being generous.
