I experienced a serious system issue on the FXIFY platform. My stop loss was correctly placed before entering the trade, but immediately after execution, the system rejected my stop loss and I ended up losing the account. This happened twice. I contacted support and opened tickets, but instead of helping, I only received generic responses. I was very close to passing the phase — only 0.5% profit remained after days of effort and successful trades. All my hard work went to waste because of a platform issue that was not caused by me. I hope FXIFY reviews this situation fairly and takes responsibility.

I am extremely disappointed with FXIFY. My payout was rejected under the false claim of "Account Management Service" or "CID/IP sharing" (Account Number: 8039742). I want to clarify that I have NEVER shared my account with anyone, nor have I used any management service.
The reason for the changing IP/Computer ID is that I am trading from Pakistan, where MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and prop firm servers face strict local ISP restrictions and do not connect without a VPN. Every time the VPN connects, it changes the routing and IP location. This is a technical necessity for traders in my region, not a violation of terms.
I traded this account completely by myself with my own strategy. Flagging a genuine trader just because of regional VPN usage is highly unfair. I request the senior risk team to manually audit my trading style, logs, and consistency rather than relying on flawed automated flags. I am fully ready for a live video verification or screen-share to prove my ownership. FXIFY, please resolve this and process my hard-earned payout!
