FXIFY issued a Hard Breach on an account with no trading activity.
I spent approximately 5 months completing FXIFY's evaluation and successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2.
I was then issued account 8050573.
The problem is that I had not started trading this account when FXIFY issued a notification stating that a "Hard Breach" had been detected.
FXIFY subsequently told me that their compliance investigation had identified "latency arbitrage" in my trading strategy.
I find this extremely difficult to understand.
I have a screenshot of account 8050573 showing a $10,000 initial deposit, $0.00 P/L, 0/0 profits/losses, and no executed trading history visible.
So my question to FXIFY is very simple:
What trade or trading activity on account 8050573 constituted the alleged latency-arbitrage breach if I had not even started trading the account?
I have never knowingly used latency arbitrage.
I am not questioning FXIFY's right to enforce its rules. I am questioning the basis and transparency of this particular decision.
After approximately five months of effort and successfully completing both phases, receiving a Hard Breach on an account with apparently no trading activity is extremely disappointing.
I have asked FXIFY to provide the specific evidence behind the allegation, including the relevant trade IDs, timestamps, execution records, and the exact activity they believe constituted latency arbitrage.
Five months of trading. Both phases passed. New $10,000 account. No trading activity. Then a Hard Breach for alleged latency arbitrage.
I believe prospective customers deserve to know about this experience and should ask detailed questions about how FXIFY handles automated strategies and compliance decisions.
I have one final question regarding this matter.
After I publicly asked FXIFY to explain what specific trading activity on account 8050573 constituted the alleged latency-arbitrage breach, I was removed from the Discord community.
I find this deeply disappointing.
I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking a straightforward question about a serious compliance allegation against me:
What exact trade or activity on account 8050573 triggered the Hard Breach when I had not even started trading the account?
I am still requesting the evidence supporting the allegation, including the relevant trade ID, timestamp, execution record, and the specific activity that FXIFY considers latency arbitrage.
I successfully completed both phases after approximately five months of effort. I believe I deserve a clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong.
Removing me from the community does not answer the question. I am still requesting the evidence.
If you want to make a public review, I would also add one factual sentence:
“After I raised these questions in the Discord general chat, I was removed from the group.”
That is much stronger than saying “they removed me because I exposed them”, because you're reporting exactly what happened without speculating about their motive.
