$5,000 Payout Denied Without Evidence & Account Wiped (Account #41408308)
I am writing this review to publicly log an unresolved dispute with Goat Funded Trader regarding my live account (#41408308).
The Risk Team rejected my $5,000 payout and terminated my account under a generic accusation of "prohibited copytrading." However, the firm provided absolutely zero evidence to back up this claim—no trade execution spreadsheets, no overlapping timestamp charts, and no matching IP/device data logs.
To make matters worse, immediately after voiding my payout, they completely disabled my server access. The MT5 terminal now shows an "Invalid Account / Authentication Failed" error. They have effectively wiped my access to the platform and the data trail, preventing me from auditing their claims.
I instantly emailed both the general support team and the risk team to request the concrete logs justifying this decision. My messages have been entirely ignored for months.
If a representative from Goat Funded Trader wishes to resolve this publicly, please look into Account #41408308 and provide the technical proof or release the $5,000 that was contractually earned. Until then, I strongly advise traders to be cautious regarding large payouts on this platform.

I received a violation for allegedly exceeding the 80% margin usage limit. However, I was only trading one XAUUSD.x position at a time, with a size of 0.20 lot, and I never had multiple positions open simultaneously.
Based on my own calculation, the margin usage was approximately 17%, so I do not understand how it could have exceeded 80%.
I tried to contact Support to request an explanation and a review of my account, but I have not received any response or clarification.
I believe the company should provide the exact timestamps, leverage applied, margin calculation, and account data used to determine that I exceeded the 80% limit.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, especially because I have not received a proper response from Support.
