Helpful and quick

Support system is really good and the team is highly professional. Especially LX, Flix and Ferre.sol. They helped me with the account setup and answered all my queries.

I requested a $7,201 withdrawal from Klein Funding on September 18, 2026. They confirmed the transfer into my internal portfolio balance and acknowledged my request to withdraw it to my personal wallet. I never received that payment.
Meanwhile, Klein featured me as “Ironhan” on its September payout leaderboard, displaying $7,201.31. Seeing my name used to promote payouts while my own withdrawal remained unpaid was extremely frustrating.
On September 19, they requested a risk-review interview and instructed me to stop trading. I completed the interview on October 7 and explained my trading strategy and travel between Indiana, Chicago and Dubai.
I understood I would receive an outcome by October 14. My follow-up emails on October 14, 18 and 22 went unanswered. Discord support told me they could not directly escalate to Risk or obtain an update and directed me back to email.
On October 26, Risk finally replied. They said the review involved other users, all interviews were complete, and nothing was outstanding from me. They instructed me to keep my account paused and promised an outcome by the end of the week.
On November 1, they permanently closed my accounts and declared my $7,201 withdrawal forfeited. They alleged shared IP addresses and near-identical trades with another user. I dispute that finding: I personally operated my account and did not coordinate or mirror trades with another Klein trader.
Their report listed IP addresses and described similar trades, but provided no timestamps for the alleged shared access and no actual side-by-side trade comparison. It ended by stating that the decision was “final and not open to appeal.”
After more than six weeks, I was left with no payout, terminated accounts, and allegations I could not meaningfully check against the records they supplied.
My experience was prolonged silence, an account I was instructed not to trade, and a payout publicly promoted before I received it—then forfeited. Based on how my case was handled, I cannot recommend Klein Funding. I have retained the emails, trade screenshots and promotional post supporting this review.
