Going into the trading arena as a newbie I found Lark staff to be understanding and very accommodating. Their responses to my queries have been spot on though I am still a way away from being profitable I shall remain with the crew that treats a newbie like me as a person on a journey and not just a number. Thanks for the support Lark.

Let’s talk about why I’m giving Lark Funding a 1-star review.
I had posted a picture of a trade I took in their Discord server, stating, “This is why I call myself this,” referring to my Discord name, “Predictor of the Markets.”
I enjoy sharing my trades and interacting with other traders to exchange opinions and ideas. I didn’t think there was anything inappropriate about my post, especially considering I had shared similar content previously without being warned that it violated any rules.
Later that day, while I was working, I checked Discord and discovered this message:
“A server moderator removed you from Lark Funding’s server. Discord did not make this moderation decision.”
I was genuinely confused. To my knowledge, I hadn’t violated any rules, and I had received no warning or explanation before being removed.
I contacted Lark Funding’s email support to ask what happened. On October 15, I received the following response:
“I’ve passed it to our account team so they can check why you were removed from the Lark Funding Discord. They will follow up on this thread as soon as they have looked into it.”
As of October 31, 16 days later, I have received no further response or explanation.
What concerns me most is the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability.
As traders, we place significant importance on how prop firms treat their customers and communities. If a company removes someone from its community without providing an explanation and then fails to follow up after promising to investigate, that raises serious concerns for me about its customer support.
I believe integrity and accountability are essential qualities for anyone operating a business, especially in the prop firm industry.
I’m sharing this experience so other traders can consider it when deciding whether to do business with Lark Funding.

Lark Funding is just what everyone needs in a Prop Firm.
Best rules, best customer care and best challenges.
Could be a little faster on payouts, but still the best of them all.
