Really bad first impression. I had an issue with using my debit card. It kept getting declined. So I called the bank, and they didn't see an issue. They said to go ahead and go down to a physical branch, which I did, and they said there was nothing wrong with the card and there was no blocks on it. Tried to order Lucid again. Failed. Credit card declined. First, the first thing that they did was throw a chatbot at me, Lucid did, and then they threw an agent at me who gave me a canned answer. So basically they don't care about me as an individual who has spent thousands of dollars with Apex over the years actually being able to buy their products. They don't really care. I think this is a we've gotten too big situation. The problem is still outstanding, by the way. I'd love to give these guys thousands of dollars but they don't want to help. They want to send me canned responses and I actually need help from the company and cannot get it.

Just got scammed from lucid, I stayed up 14 hours, spent $500 to get 1st on the leaderboard, to only get the whole leaderboard wipped 6hours before market closed. This is not fair to reset the whole leaderboard for certain individuals that were caught cheating. Scammed to the finest, very pathetic from this firm; did not expect them to do this, no explanation, just reset the whole leaderboard. I would just advise you to stay away from this firm after these scam tactics, they just took everyone's money and then decided to vanish them from the leaderboard. Spent 14 hours to get first.. no sleep for me to just be gone. Not fair at all. STAY AWAY from lucid they will scam you.

I've been trading for 5 years now and Lucid is by far the best proud firm I've traded for. Not only are the rules straightforward payouts quick but they also run these neat little contests that pays Traders. I was fortunate enough to be in this contest without even knowing and won $10,000. I've been trading with them since April of this year receive several payouts with no delay on my 12th payout yes 12th and woke up on Monday to $10,000 from their contest. Been trading for a few years and have not seen a company that has done this yet,great job lucid!! Keep up the good work!!!

Banned me for unnecessary and telling me that i did coordinated trading and showed me no proof and then also i bought new account 2 days ago and they took my money

Lucid's help center explicitly permits automated strategies and trade copiers on funded accounts. Their bans are specific: HFT, microscalping (sub-5-second holds), and cross-account copy trading. My setup violated none of them — 2–3 trades per day, holds lasting minutes, one account, my own private VPS, a commercially available bot their policy doesn't prohibit. I was compliant with every written automation rule they publish.
They banned me anyway — for "coordinated trading" with another user. I've never coordinated with anyone. I asked for the evidence: which trades, which dates, which account. They refused, declared it "final and cannot be reversed," and closed the case.
So the process is: accuse, show nothing, no appeal. And the accusation itself is absurd on its face if unrelated customers buying the same popular bot counts as "coordination," then Lucid is selling a product whose normal use is a bannable offense.
The timing: one payout honored, account killed right before I qualified for the second. Profitable account, +$2,300 over 27 trading days, gone overnight with no recourse and no rule actually broken.
If you run a bot or EA, understand what you're buying into: compliance with their written policy will not protect you.
