Maven Trading Merry Minis Offer: 10% OFF Fast Funding Accounts

After completing the two-stage challenge, my account was closed and banned without any reason, even though I adhered to the rules. I do not recommend this company because it is dishonest.

The other day I bought an instant account from them to test them out. I’ve already had several payouts with other firms, but I was curious about the instant account model as well. I wasn’t really interested in the final outcome — I just wanted to see how they operate.
The problem started immediately with communication. Any kind of EA usage is forbidden on MT5. I was using a position sizer, and I reported this to customer support. They advised me to continue trading, and said the outcome would be decided once I requested a payout. I asked them to communicate clearly, because I had just informed them that I had violated the rule. I received no meaningful information at all, only that I should continue.
Even though this is clearly just delaying the issue, and even though I’m almost certain the payout will eventually be rejected on the grounds that I used an EA, I received no proper clarification. And after persistently asking questions in a methodical way, I was told that disrespectful communication would not be tolerated.
If I pay for something, I expect open and transparent communication about the conditions, not vague one-line template responses from customer support. Otherwise, this whole thing makes very little sense.

They banned me with no reasons at all and when I asked they said it was an internal decision

Maven is very cheap but not trustable prop firm. Actually I am the regular customer of this firm. I think I have bought approximately 15 account one by one from different emails. Now I have bought account today and now 5 hours has spent but no account is reached to me.
And if I talk with (mavensupport.com)
There is no reply from team agents.
I really disappointed from their behaviour and replied me after 30,40 minutes later.
Please if maven is not giving me my account then back my payment immediately.
I felt very sad

Would've gave better ratings but it's not worth it ... Red flags were already there .
What happened:
Maven failed my $50k trading account after a 4-day review, claiming "gap trading violations."
The trade:
On April 29th, I entered right after FOMC news and Tech earnings report around 00:01 CET (market open). I traded the first candle for momentum, not the gap itself. Risk was controlled and managed , I left the trades running and successfully hit my Take profits , and technically Passing my evaluation.
The problem:
I had 2 successful payouts already. When they reviewed my account, they flagged it as gap trading with zero explanation.
My advice:
Don't use Maven if you want clarity and fairness. I learned the hard way.
