Day 36 still refuse payout

Today is 36th days finally reply on my review said that I have to contact support team if the support working efficiency I shouldn’t write my review here I email them to provide evidence they still no reply after over 48 hours, please stop making story I just need my profit payout to my bank account, I spend time to working on your funded account then you are just one simple review and reject my payout without evidence, it was absolutely reckless and irresponsible behavior.

No reply of mails!

No reply of mails!
Ofp didn’t reply my mails!
Also i have asked them about my questions that are :
1. I accidentally plaed a 0.01lots trade and cut it within a minuts when i realises that this is a wrong lot size and i trade only using 1 lots! So support team says that me this is acceptable and didn’t any issue for payout! So i want it from your written mail!
2. Also risking 1% rule is not applies on my 2 step account model so why i can’t risk more than 1% on single trade!!!
And when you want me to use 1% to risk on single trade then tell me about it! Its firms duty that tell customers about what to do while your clearly saying on site that 1% risk rule not applies on my account type!
Im going to request payout today and i want it because i follow all rules and stay with live chat support teams statements!! So its not my problem that you change rules without even customers knowing , a reputable firm worns or mail customers about changes not like that you do ofp!!
Also im happy to take a change in review when all issue get solved! And when i get payout without any issue!

This is a warning: stay away from this company—it is a 100% scam. They have rejected my withdrawal requests three times, even though I met all of their requirements. When I requested to withdraw $1,300, they told me they would only send $55. Be careful and don’t waste your time with them; just look at the reviews—they are all negative.
