Clearly scam
Clearly scam.
First they limit your lot size on MT5 below a reasonable size. Then they remove MT5 availability from an existing account without informing traders/customers and refuse to give an other option than using their website, which has a bad UI and lags extremely.
Then they deny payout due to change of lot size. Of course I change my lot size once the limitation to 2 lot on a 50K account is removed when I have to use your website to place trades.
Customer service the worst I've ever experienced.
Avoid OFP Funding
My advice: Think very carefully before spending your money and time with OFP.
Extremely disappointing experience. I traded one asset only, manually, based on my own analysis. I have one account and never used an EA, copier, signal service, or coordinated trading.
First, my payout was questioned on the basis of EA/automated trading. After challenging that, the explanation changed to “coordinated or replicated trading.”
Absolutely ashamed of OFP — no MT5 platform, yet they accuse traders of using EAs. What a joke.
I asked for evidence supporting these allegations, but OFP refused to provide specific trade-by-trade evidence and ultimately cancelled my withdrawal and invalidated the profits.
If I can trade manually on one account and still be accused of coordination with other accounts, without being shown meaningful evidence, what protection does a trader actually have?
For me, this has destroyed all trust in OFP. I cannot recommend them to other traders.
My experience with OFP Funding has been…
My experience with OFP Funding has been extremely disappointing, and I want other traders to be aware of what happened before purchasing an account.
I completed my trades manually, based on my own analysis and decisions. I did not use copy trading, a trade copier, an EA, a robot, or any automated system.
My payout was denied twice. The first time, I was given a reason related to Computer ID. After I challenged that decision, I was then told that my trading activity was allegedly consistent with the use of an EA or automated trading system.
After I challenged that allegation as well, the explanation changed again. I was then told that my trades showed similarities with other accounts and that they considered this “coordinated or replicated trading.”
I asked them to provide evidence supporting these accusations, including screenshots, specific trades, dates, times, and the exact rule I supposedly violated. However, they refused to provide concrete evidence, saying that they cannot disclose information about other traders or their internal detection systems.
I understand the need to protect confidential information, but I believe a company should at least be able to provide sufficient evidence concerning my own account to justify withholding my profits.
What concerns me most is the changing explanation: Computer ID → EA/Robot → Copy/Coordinated Trading.
I believe this process has been unfair and completely lacking in transparency. My profits were invalidated and my payout was cancelled, while I have not been shown convincing evidence that I actually violated the rules.
I consider this experience unacceptable and, from my perspective, it feels like I have been deprived of money that I earned through my own trading.
I also consider the repeated communications and changing allegations extremely concerning and, in my experience, the communication has felt like spam rather than a transparent and fair resolution process.
My advice to other traders: BE VERY CAREFUL before purchasing an account with OFP Funding. Read every rule carefully, keep screenshots of everything, and save all communication regarding your trades and payouts.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I believe traders should think very carefully before trusting the company with their money, especially if they expect to receive a payout.
I have kept all emails and documentation relating to my case, and I am considering taking further formal and legal action if the matter is not resolved.

I requested a withdrawal from OFP
I requested a withdrawal from OFP, but it was denied on the grounds that I was using automated trading practices—specifically EAs—even though their own platform does not allow that type of trading. I made nearly $10,000, and they simply said they wouldn't pay and that was the end of it.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the outcome of your withdrawal request. We understand how frustrating it can be when a payout does not proceed as expected, particularly when the amount involved is significant.
Payout requests are subject to a review of trading activity and compliance with the applicable account rules. If automated trading or EA activity was identified during that review, the decision would have been based on the findings available to our Risk Team.
We would be happy to look into the specific case and ensure the review was properly communicated. Please contact our Support Team with your account number or ticket reference so we can investigate the matter further.
