1. Pricing & Add-ons Issue:
If you buy a challenge account with a discount, the discount applies only to the base price. However, if you add any add-ons, they are calculated from the full original price without the discount. At other companies, the total package discount is calculated much more fairly.
2. Hidden Consistency Rule:
Even if you buy a plan without consistency rules, once you pass both phases and move to a funded account, this consistency rule suddenly appears. There is no prior notice that consistency will still be enforced later, even though you intentionally purchased a plan without it.
3. Vague Consistency Rules and Partial Closes:
The consistency rule is formulated very vaguely. It creates a paradox: partial closes seem to be used by traders to improve their consistency, but in practice, you can get penalized or flagged for a breach. At the same time, if such an action is part of your trading strategy, the company claims it is normal. It gets confusing — if it's forbidden, why not state a direct and clear prohibition in the rules?
Additionally, the dashboard doesn't clearly show whether you are currently eligible to request a payout or not due to this consistency constraint. It would be much more convenient if the dashboard programmatically displayed your payout status transparently and clearly.
4. Payout Processing Time, Double Standards, and the 90-Day Window:
They state that responses or payouts are provided within 3 days. In my actual experience, it took 5 business days (7 days total including weekends), and only after my constant reminders. Moreover, these days aren't properly accounted for within the 90-day window required to receive the next payout.
It creates a strange situation: the company demands 100% strict compliance with all rules from traders, but is in no hurry to hold itself accountable or meet its own timelines. For comparison, major competitors (like FundedNext) have clear frameworks: if they don't provide a payout or breach response within 24 hours, they add a 100% bonus to the payout. Here, the company clearly lacks mutual accountability.
Pros & Support Loyalty:
- The entry barrier is very low, making it quite convenient to join, especially if you take the basic option without add-ons.
- At the initial stages, customer support responds very quickly.
- A special plus: I had some minor unintended rule violations due to misunderstanding their terms. I honestly reached out to support to report it myself, and they went out of their way to waive the violation.
Overall Conclusion:
If you are just starting out and testing the waters on a basic plan, the conditions seem attractive, and support can sometimes show flexibility. However, if you are an experienced trader reaching the stage of regular payouts, all these hidden drawbacks, regulatory issues, lack of two-way accountability, and hidden consistency rules start getting in the way. For serious trading, it is better to look into trusted Tier-1 firms.
Actually, I would love to continue working with this company in the future and see it grow, but for that, management needs to make serious improvements: make the rules much more transparent and clear, and the conditions fairer.

My account was terminated after PipFarm linked me to another trader because of the same surname, a matching IP, and a partially matching address. That trader is my neighbour, not my family member, and we live in separate households. The IP matched because I briefly shared my mobile hotspot. We use different devices, identities, payment details, and trading styles. I asked PipFarm to manually compare our KYC, addresses, devices, logins, and trades. I am confident they will find no copied or coordinated trading activity. They also refused my pending payout, even though it was earned through my own legitimate trading.

I am writing this to alert the trading community about PipFarm. They permanently cut my profit share in half on funded account 1068046 based on an undisclosed "three-strike" rule called "Pip Protector." This rule was never shown transparently on the main purchasing dashboard or the core terms of service; instead, it was buried deep inside an external help center link.
To make matters worse, the automated "violation" was triggered by a microscopic variance of just $0.20 ($12.70 risk used against a $12.50 limit). Support agent Pavel completely rejected my dispute, blaming real market slippage for the 20-cent breach, yet they penalized me heavily for something beyond my control.
Forcing severe penalties over fractions of a dollar through hidden rules is predatory and unprofessional. I demand a senior manager review this case immediately for a full reinstatement or a complete refund. Avoid PipFarm at all costs!
