A SCAM DO NOT TRADE WITH PTB.
Was trading today, and was making profits then I used 0.03 lot size and was going well until I get an email about a soft breach didn't know because the trade closed automatically then placed another one thought there was a technical issue but not knowing a hidden 2% rule of risk was there with risk management/ lot size even though it was on highly profits my account was taken.
Reached out to support but didn't get any sort of solving to get my account back as no one or any person buying the challenge sees that until a soft and hard breach and its a HIDDEN RULE RESTRICTION FOR TRADERS TO FAIL MISERABLY.
AGAIN DO NOT TRADE WITH PTB.

I bought a 50k account, placed my first trade 0.80 on Nas100
I closed it immediately with resulted in a $0.16 loss. My account breached , contacted support but without any reaction. Scammers

Extremely disappointing experience with PTB.
My 50K Instant account (36357) received a Hard Breach because PTB stated that my maximum risk was $1,022 while the limit was $1,000. I immediately contacted support and repeatedly asked how this amount was calculated, which positions were included, and whether I had to stop trading.
Instead of getting a clear answer, I was left waiting for hours. During this time, MT5 remained active and continued allowing me to trade.
I kept contacting support because I was waiting for clear instructions. No one responded in time, and the account subsequently suffered further losses.
I was asking PTB for help while the situation was unfolding. They knew there was a serious issue with my account, yet I was left without a clear answer while the platform remained active.
I have now requested a management review and a reset or replacement 50K Instant account. I am still waiting for a concrete solution.
In my experience, this is not how a serious and professional trading company should handle a critical account issue. The extremely slow support and lack of clear communication have completely destroyed my confidence in PTB.
Very poor support. Very poor communication. A deeply disappointing experience.

I purchased an Instant funded account, placed a total of 4 trades on a 50 k account. 2 wins one break even and a loss of 229.20 usd.
I was still in the upside of 50k, I placed 2 trades today and was stopped out instantly by mt5. I went into my account and seen 2 soft breaches with no explanation.
Then a hard breach then closing my account. I do not know why. My risk was 1% and i did not trade news,
Support will not answer my emails.
Enjoy that money i gave you, it will not happen again, shocking business.

I was really disappointed with this company. I had a 100k account that I made money with. They were checking it for over a month and didn't explain why the payout canot be done.In Discord always deletes my comments. Finally, they deleted my account. I think it's definitely the worst company.
