Withdrawal Issues, Account Breach & Login Lock – Very Concerning Experience

I have been trading with Plus Trade Base (PTB) since last year and initially trusted their platform as I worked my way up.
Over time, I passed multiple accounts, including two $500,000 phase 1 accounts, one $20,000 funded account, and one $5,000 account.
On the $20,000 funded account, I followed all rules carefully and steadily made profits of $1,100, respecting daily limits and risk management as required. According to their terms, I became eligible for withdrawal, but unfortunately, the withdrawal was never processed, and my dashboard was not updated even after the stated payout date.
Due to the lack of response, I stepped away from the platform for less than two weeks. When I returned, I discovered that all four of my accounts had been marked as “breached” despite no trading activity during that period.
Since then, I have also been unable to access my account, repeatedly receiving a “maximum login attempts – account locked” error.
This experience raises serious concerns about transparency, account security, and payout reliability. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure they fully understand the risks before committing funds to this platform.
I hope PTB can address these issues and provide clarity regarding my accounts and pending withdrawal.

I purchased the Adventure Plan from PTB…

I purchased the Adventure Plan from PTB | Plutus Trade Base
Account Number: 30347
Purchase Date: 2026-05-03
My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about account security and customer support.
My account was originally breached because MetaTrader 5 (MT5) froze during trading. I provided evidence to PTB support, and after reviewing the proof, they acknowledged the issue and reopened my account.
After the account was restored, I did not place any trades. When I later tried to access the account, MT5 showed the account as “disabled,” while PTB’s dashboard still displayed it as active.
I contacted support and was informed that the account had been breached again. They sent me trading history showing unauthorized Bitcoin trades. I want to state clearly that I did not place these trades.
This creates a serious question: if I did not execute the trades, how were they placed? Either someone else had access to my account, or there was a significant security issue within PTB’s systems.
When I explained this and requested that my account be restored, support insisted that I had breached the account myself. That explanation is unreasonable because I had no reason to intentionally destroy an account that I had purchased with my own money.
Rather than conducting a fair investigation, PTB refused to restore the account and eventually removed and blocked me from their Discord community, preventing me from discussing the issue further.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that new traders exercise extreme caution before purchasing from PTB | Plutus Trade Base. In my opinion, the company failed to provide adequate account security, transparent investigation procedures, and professional customer support.
I encourage anyone considering this firm to research carefully and be fully aware of the potential risks before investing their money.

Serious Contribution, Minimal Recognition

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared.
I spent a significant amount of time identifying multiple bugs and preparing a detailed report. I also followed up consistently, expecting a fair acknowledgment based on what was initially communicated about rewards.
However, after all that effort, I was offered just 500 PTBF coins which honestly feels like a complete undervaluation of the work and time I invested. It’s not about the amount itself, but the lack of respect for genuine effort and contribution.
If you’re encouraging users to report issues, there should be a fair and transparent system that actually reflects the value of their input. Otherwise, it discourages people from contributing seriously.
Very disappointing experience.

Title: Refusing to pay $9,508 profit—Dashboard says "PASSING"

"I am an NHS professional and trader. I am currently owed $9,508.84 in profit from account [30074]. Plutus Trade Base (PTB) is refusing to pay, claiming 'toxic gambling,' yet their own dashboard explicitly marks my Payout Consistency as 'PASSING' (I have screenshots of this).
My MT5 logs prove consistent lot sizing (1.0–2.0 lots) and disciplined manual trading. I reached out on Tuesday; they asked for my email and have since ghosted me.
It is unacceptable for a firm to move the goalposts when a trader succeeds. I have documented all evidence and will be escalating this to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service and initiating a bank chargeback for my initial fee if this is not resolved today."
"UPDATE (Friday Evening): Still zero response from PTB. It has been 3 days since they last spoke. I have now formally CC'd the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (CCPS) and provided proof of my 'PASSING' status. Potential traders should be very wary—they seem to ghost anyone who makes a significant profit."
