Payout button disabled and pending support ticket #44947 for Account #10490786
​I am a verified trader with QT Funded, holding account #10490786. I have fully respected all the trading rules and successfully generated a profit of $506.83. However, I am facing an issue where the "Payout" button on my dashboard is disabled, which prevents me from requesting my withdrawal
​I have already opened an official support ticket regarding this matter (Ticket #44947), but I have not received a solution or an update yet.
​I am sharing my experience here hoping that the management team (Mystic / Rolls) can look into my ticket and resolve this technical issue as soon as possible. I am
looking forward to a positive response from the support team, and I will gladly update or change this review once my payout is successfully processed and resolved. Thank you.

Viral helped me out with all of my issues I was facing. Apart from the current delays in the new dashboard update this firm is class.

They used to be good. They are not anymore. Payout are pending since months. Traders are literally begging in their discord. Yet, it hardly matters them. Apology mails ain't gonna cut it. They need some serious resurrection if they even wanna survive in this market. I'm being a funded trader, hugely disappointed in them.
Go for other firms guys. Don't chase cheap. It will cost you with your mental peace, frustration, exhaustion and what not.
