Worst hidden rules and one of the worst prop firm experiences I’ve ever had!
I honestly hope someone from their team responds here because I’d love to explain how a prop firm should treat its traders instead of just collecting money from customers.
I bought a $100K instant funded account after seeing an Instagram influencer promote them. My biggest mistake was trusting that promotion without doing my own research.
I lost the account in just three trades. I always set stop losses to manage my risk, but their spreads were ridiculous. If I set my SL expecting a $100 loss, I ended up losing around $140 because of their spreads and execution. And somehow, according to their rules, that was entirely my problem.
At the same time, I was trading with The5ers, and the difference was clear. My SL and TP orders were executing as expected, without these issues. That’s the difference between a firm I can trust and one I can’t.
I take responsibility for my trades, but I’m not going to accept poor trading conditions and hidden rules that make risk management almost impossible.

Right after securing my payment, they suddenly changed the rules to restrict users to a single account only. Changing the terms of service retroactively after a customer has already paid is completely unacceptable and unethical.
Why do you accept the payment then 😭
