Your account activity and withdrawal request were reviewed by the relevant team in accordance with the applicable program rules and risk standards.
Prior to the final review, you had already been contacted regarding the specific trading activity identified on your account and were asked not to continue using that approach. You confirmed that you understood the concern and would avoid this activity going forward. The subsequent review found that the same type of activity had continued.
We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that your concerns were ignored or that the Company “ghosted” you. Your case was reviewed, responses were provided through the relevant Support and Compliance channels on multiple occasions, and the payment agreed between the parties was completed.
