My experience with this company has been very disappointing.
Several months ago, I purchased a 5K account. During Phase 1 of the evaluation, I received only one warning stating that I had exceeded the leverage limit. After receiving that warning, I immediately reduced my lot size and even sent an official apology email to the company.
After that, I successfully passed Phase 1 and also completed Phase 2 without receiving any further warnings or issues.
Once I received the funded account, I strictly followed all the rules, especially regarding lot size and leverage limits.
However, when I became eligible for a payout, they refused to pay me. The payout amount was only $124.82, and their reason was again that I had exceeded the leverage limit.
I contacted them by email and provided all the evidence proving that I did not violate the leverage rules, but they completely ignored my explanations and decided to close my account.
At first, I thought the mistake might have been mine. But after reviewing many withdrawals and trading activities from other traders across social media platforms, I now clearly understand that the issue is with the company, not with me.
After discussing this with several groups and traders, I found that some people were only able to withdraw once before their accounts were closed, while others never received payouts at all despite not violating the leverage rules.
I am asking the company to review this matter properly and send me the funds that I rightfully earned.
