Choosing you is the biggest mistake.

Your help center says we allow the use of a VPS for your Expert Advisor.
You should delete this and not mislead customers by placing it in the help center. If VPS is disabled, I won't be able to register and purchase accounts.
What did you reply to my email about：
Thank you for providing the additional information and clarification regarding your VPS usage.
After reviewing the information provided, we have determined that we do not have sufficient information to independently verify the VPS usage and access history.
As a result, we will proceed with a full refund for all of your active challenges.
In the end, I passed both exams. After your review, my account was banned by you based on the content of this email, and I have not received a refund.
You do not allow VPS trading. The help center can explain that VPS trading is prohibited.
I can accept the result of my two-step exam failure, but I cannot accept my account being banned for this reason.
