Here are the verified parameters of my account:
• The Time Investment: I dedicated over a month of intensive study to complete masterclass modules on Tradeify's official educational partner platform, Chart Academy, accumulating 1,900 points to legitimately claim an evaluation code. This represents a significant investment of time and professional effort.
• The Technical Execution: On September 11, 2026, I activated my 25K Select Evaluation account using my official email. I executed all trades manually via the suggested Tradovate application on Google Chrome, strictly adhering to all platform guidelines.
• The Evaluation Pass: I successfully passed the challenge and received Tradeify's official confirmation email stating: “Congratulations! You passed the Select Challenge. Your Simulated Funded Account is being set up now.” Immediately afterward, my dashboard login was restricted under a "suspicious activity" status flag.
Tradeify Management recently stated that their automated third-party verification system returned a finalized profile rejection with no provision for an internal manual override, noting that structural time spent on Chart Academy does not influence the automated KYC screening process.
While I understand the importance of algorithmic risk screening, relying entirely on an automated system with zero human fallback leaves legitimate traders stranded. I did not utilize an exploit; I honored Tradeify's promotional ecosystem, invested my valuable time instead of a cash fee, and proved my trading competency by passing the evaluation flawlessly.
My primary goal remains to clear this automated block and continue my professional journey as a trader with Tradeify. I respectfully urge management to manually lift the dashboard login restriction so that I may provide my physical identity documents directly to a human compliance officer for proper verification. Purchased account every single trade stop hunted till hit or daily hit then immediate reverse! If you buy one account make one trade. Any more the "risk desk" will lock on ip and suppress price till actual price "remember simulated tape" goes against trade then all of a sudden no more lagging no more freezing no more 2 second delay between tape and pnl!
