After months of grinding and passing…

After months of grinding and passing two 2-step accounts, my account (ID: 103738) was suddenly blacklisted. I previously contacted support to update my profile to my official name, provided my ID as requested, and was told everything would be resolved after KYC. Instead, my KYC failed and my account was banned. What is most concerning is that support still has not explained what rule I supposedly violated. I would appreciate a review of my case and a clear explanation.

What is this i requested a payout…

What is this i requested a payout Monday and i received it on Wednesday fine but my dashboard payout section was not updated and shows not eligible for payout support are fast but issue solution slow it's already Friday and i didn't take a single trade in my funded account this week is my golden for my setup but I not take a single trade because support team says until update don't take any trade whose responsible for this.overall experience was good but it's more better if you resolve issue quickly.my account no is 103834

This firm is fine so far the one thing they disappointed me in is that they don't approve or check my tasks for 2 weeks.
And bcoz of their mistake of not checking me or my tasks I was forced to claim the flex account instead of the account I've planned to claim which is the pro account

Shut down their Futures side out of nowhere and continue to drag the dates that THEY are promising. It’s almost May and they shut down end of January. There are a few traders actively in profit on their accounts and they refuse to give a real deadline on when it will come back. Don’t use them because they are NOT trustworthy at all. They will shut down at a snap of a finger and not give you any answers or proper update on the reason why.
