I was trading with We Muster Trade when…

I was trading with We Muster Trade when they suddenly banned my account for no clear or justified reason. I tried contacting their customer support to resolve the issue and get an explanation, but received no real help or transparency. This is highly unprofessional, and I do not recommend dealing with them due to the lack of safety and poor support

Hi Hazem and Mayada, thank you for sharing your experience. We would like to set out in full what our records show and why this decision was made.
The violations. Following a thorough review of your trading history, our Risk team identified activity on account 1207591 (Hazem’s profile) and on accounts 1219107 and 1218111 (Mayada’s profile) that violates Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in our Prohibited Conduct rules. Withdrawal request W000135571 was submitted on account 1207591. The violation notice sent to both of you listed specific instances, including:
+ 28 September 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was closed at 17:40:13, and a trade was then placed on account 1218111 at 17:52:56.
+ 28 September 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was in a losing state, and a trade was then placed on another account at 17:52:56.
+ 29 September 2026: a sell position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was in a losing state at 13:15:02, and a trade was then placed on account 1218111 from 14:54:02 to 16:41:54.
+ 5 October 2026: a position on XAUUSD_ on account 1207591 was in a losing state at 10:53:42, and a trade was then placed on account 1219107 from 11:54:23 to 14:32:57.
Our review found a repeated pattern: account 1207591 was used to place orders first, and when those orders moved into a loss, orders with more favorable entry points were placed on accounts 1218111 and 1219107. The rule exists to prevent trading risk from being transferred or distributed across related accounts following losing trades. The orders involved were attached to the notice as evidence, and they were only a few examples of the violations identified across both profiles.
Explanations provided and cooperation. Despite receiving detailed explanations and supporting evidence from both our Risk team and our Support team regarding these violations, we have observed a continued lack of cooperation from both of you in addressing these concerns. In line with our policy, accounts 1207591, 1219107 and 1218111 were terminated and withdrawal request W000135571 was not approved.
Conduct. Furthermore, we identified instances where misleading and factually inaccurate statements about WeMasterTrade were published, which we consider damaging to our company’s reputation. This is inconsistent with the standards of professionalism expected from our clients and constitutes a material breach of the Trading Agreement accepted on registration, specifically Section 3.1 – Acts of Dishonesty and Unauthorized Activities, which prohibits the use of reputationally damaging language about the company without valid grounds.
Previous payout history. Both of you have previously received successful payouts from WeMasterTrade:
+ Hazem’s profile: total payouts received of $4,272.49.
+ Mayada’s profile: total payouts received of $1,055.46.
These payouts show that profit share is paid when the rules are followed. However, the violations and conduct identified in our recent review raised serious concerns about continued cooperation with both profiles.
Final decision. Given the seriousness of these violations and the overall assessment, we determined that continued cooperation is no longer possible. Both customer profiles have been permanently banned, and all services and access under WeCopyTrade and WeMasterTrade have been terminated. This decision is final, and it was made to protect the integrity, fairness and sustainability of our trading environment.

Unfair Payout Denial, Arbitrary Bans, and Legal Threats on $200K Instant Funding Account

I am sharing my documented experience with WeMasterTrade (operated by WeMaster Trade LTD & WECOPY FINTECH LTD - UK Reg: 14905703) regarding Account ID 1207591 ($200,000 Instant Funding Account, 510zero package).
After fulfilling all performance requirements, achieving over 6% profit, and submitting a legitimate profit share withdrawal request of $2,745.94 (Ref: W000135571), the company denied my payout, terminated my account, and permanently banned both my profile and my wife’s independent profile.
Key Facts & Contractual Violations:
Misapplication of Section 3.3: The company cited "Trading Interval Restrictions" across associated accounts.
However, they explicitly acknowledged in writing that the accounts belong to two separate, legally independent individuals. Section 7.4(c) of our signed agreement (Simulation Trading Agreement dated 03/09/2026) strictly governs accounts created by the SAME individual. Our contract contains zero clauses prohibiting independent individuals from trading on a shared household/IP network.
Contradictory Timestamps: On Trustpilot, the company quoted timestamps claiming "simultaneous risk distribution," yet their own numbers proved trades were executed 12 minutes to over 1.5 hours apart on a volatile asset (XAUUSD)! Later on Telegram, their representative changed the story completely, alleging "simultaneous buy/sell hedging"—contradicting their own official emails.
Broken Dispute Channels: When instructed to submit an official internal complaint, the link provided by support led to a broken webpage with script errors ([contact-form-7...]), followed by email responses demanding 30-day delays to exhaust chargeback timeframes.
Data Privacy Breach & Legal Threats: A company representative publicly exposed private personal relationship details on a public Telegram group, breaching UK GDPR / Data Protection laws referenced in Clause 4 of their signed agreement.
Furthermore, upon challenging their arbitrary actions, the company resorted to threats of legal action and defamation claims in the UAE rather than addressing the contractual breach.
Current Status:
Holding past payouts on old contracts as an excuse to block current earnings is legally invalid. Blocking portal access cannot erase notarized contracts, payment receipts (AED 4,489.13 via UK Payment Agent WECOPY FINTECH LTD), and official email threads. All formal escalations remain active and non-retractable, including Credit Card Chargeback proceedings (C3Pay / RAKBANK), UAE Cybercrime complaints (e-Crime), and regulatory fraud filings with the FCA & Action Fraud UK (Ref: 14905703), CySEC Cyprus (Diretio Holding Ltd - Reg: HE 481457), and the FSRA Saint Lucia (Reg: 2025-00321).
Traders should exercise extreme caution when requesting payouts after achieving profit targets with this firm
Reply;
Thank you for publicly admitting that you confiscate earned profits ($2,745.94) and penalize traders not just through fabricated trading rules, but as retaliation for leaving honest, documented public reviews. Your admission of punishing consumers for consumer feedback violates fair trading standards and has been submitted to financial regulators and banks as evidence of bad-faith fraud

A Terrible Experience with…

A Terrible Experience with WeMasterTrade: Manipulated Data and Denied Withdrawals
I'm writing this to share my personal experience and warn people to stay away from WeMasterTrade. After passing their evaluation, not only did I not receive any money, but my account was also banned under so-called "hidden rules." This is a typical case of paying to participate, hitting the target, and then having the other side refuse to pay.
My Case: Target Reached but Withdrawal Denied
I completed the WeMasterTrade challenge with a final result of 14.1% profit, $0 daily loss, $0 total loss. According to all their publicly stated rules, I had fully passed the evaluation.
But they rejected my withdrawal request citing a "consistency rule." They said my single best trade on gold (XAUUSD) with a profit of $311.10 did not meet their internal standard that is not listed in the public rules. Even more absurdly, the solution their support gave me was: "Please reduce your profits to balance your trading" — meaning I was supposed to deliberately create some losing trades or fake trades to match their data.
Worse Still: Account Data Manipulated in Real Time
After being rejected, I continued to monitor the account and discovered an even more serious problem: every time I made a profit on a trade, they manually adjusted my account metrics downward. This is not system lag but deliberate backend intervention, aimed at making sure my account could never again meet the withdrawal conditions.
This isn't just my case. On ForexPeaceArmy, other traders have reported exactly the same experience: one person's account had already made $9,000, exceeding the target by 174%, but because the platform's own server error prevented an order from being canceled, it triggered the daily loss limit and was forcibly liquidated. Another person's $5,000 withdrawal request was denied without any specific reason, and the company just repeated "final decision" without offering any explanation.
Warning Signs I Overlooked
Looking back, WeMasterTrade had several clear risk factors that I ignored.
Vague rules that can be interpreted arbitrarily. They have a "consistency rule" but the specific criteria are never made public. Once you hit the target, they can use this rule to reject you, with the reason entirely up to them. Some traders reported being pressured to hold positions for more than three minutes, only to blow their accounts by following this undocumented rule.
Opaque company structure. WeMasterTrade LTD is registered in Saint Lucia, with payments collected through WeCopy Fintech Ltd (London, UK) at a typical virtual office address. This multi-entity structure means that when problems arise, it's very difficult to find the party actually responsible.
They only take money, never refund it. Their terms explicitly state "no refunds" and "no chargebacks." This means the challenge fee you pay is nearly impossible to get back, and after you pass, they use various excuses not to pay you.
Conclusion
The problem with WeMasterTrade isn't that "trading has risk" — it's that the rules are opaque, enforcement is unfair, and the backend can be manipulated. You pay to participate, you win according to the rules, and then they change the rules or alter the data to make you lose.
If you're considering this platform, my advice is simple: Don't give your money to a company that can modify your account data at any time and refuses to explain its judgment criteria. Those positive Trustpilot reviews and award certifications won't help you at all when you actually need to withdraw your money.

Hi Trinh Van Hai, thank you for sharing your experience.
We would like to set out what our records show. In November 2025, a Trading Interval violation was identified on your account 1053369 under Section 3.3 of our Prohibited Conduct rules, and a violation notice was sent to you by email on 11 November 2025. The rule states that if a position on a specific symbol is open and at a loss on one account, a new position on the same symbol cannot be opened on any other account the customer owns, regardless of timing. Once the losing position is closed, the customer must wait at least one hour before trading the same symbol on another account. The rule is published here: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/prohibited-conduct-at-wemastertrade/
In your reply to that notice, you confirmed that you had traded the same product on two accounts and told us you did not fully understand the rule. Our support team then explained Section 3.3 in detail and pointed you to where it is published. Support had also told you earlier, on 9 November 2025, that trading the same symbol within a single account is fine, and that the restriction applies across multiple accounts.
Your withdrawal request was declined because of this violation, not because of the Profit Consistency rule, which has not applied to traders in Vietnam since November 2025. Your account 1059445 was also terminated following a Daily Loss violation, which occurs when an account's equity falls below the minimum equity threshold set by the Maximum Daily Loss limit.
The concerns raised in this review about "hidden rules", "manipulated data" and deliberately creating losing trades were not raised at any point while we handled your case, and no supporting evidence has been provided. Our trading rules are published openly in our FAQ, and the figures shown on an account are calculated automatically from its trading data. Our rules do not ask traders to place losing or fake trades. WeMasterTrade has paid thousands of successful payouts to traders under the same published rules, verifiable through our official community channels.

SCAMMING PLATFORM USE THEM AT YOURNOWN RISK

This is a scamming platform they never allow you to withdraw any money. They will give you lame excuses to deny payouts. Someone used my mt5 to trade his account, because I referred them the two their accounts were terminated on 23rd Sep,, 2026. And since when they blcok any account you cannot login any longer so basically no one accessed my MT5 aftr 24th except me....However, the account now affected by withdrawal request W000135562 only began being traded by me on approximately 28 October 2026 for my account 1219137. From that point onward, no other person used my device to trade or access my account.
Their latest response does not identify whether either MT5 account 1213219 or 1212906 was accessed from my device after I began trading MT5 1219137 on 28 October.
They went ahead to terminate all my accounts related to me....based on lame excuses which I never violated with my new deposits...
This platform is a scam
Trade at your own risk
They later shared an email, always looking for ways which they will deny payouts as their scheme.
I hope this message finds you well.
We have already reviewed the device-sharing issue in our previous email. We were considering making an exception regarding this violation; however, after conducting a more thorough review of your account, our Risk Team has identified activity on your account MT5 IDs: 1219137, 1221738 and 1221643 that violates Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction in WeMasterTrade’s Terms and Conditions.
Specific instances include:
On 2026-10-05, after opening a position on MT5 ID: 1219137 for the symbol XAUUSD and this order was in losing state, you proceeded to place a trade on another account MT5 ID: 1221738 at 10:04:49.
On 2026-10-05, after opening two positions on MT5 ID: 1221738 for the symbol XAUUSD and these orders were in losing state, you proceeded to place a trade on another account MT5 ID: 1219137 at 05:51:42.
On 2026-10-02, a buy order for XAUUSD. was opened on MT5 account: 1219137 at 14:37:18 and closed at 16:16:50. During the same trading period, a sell order for XAUUSD_ was active on MT5 account: 1221643, opened at 15:47:25 and closed at 15:52:52.
All the above are ways to deny payouts...because how did they miss the above when making an inspection
↳Reply from WeMasterTradeOctober 6, 2026
Hi, thank you for sharing your concern.
To ensure fairness for all traders, we strictly prohibit different customers from trading on the same device. This is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/can-i-trade-on-multiple-devices/
Customers trading on a shared device is recorded as a violation. The login dates, or the fact that one of the accounts was later terminated, do not change this, and cannot be used to treat the shared-device activity as not being a violation. On this basis, withdrawal request W000135562 was declined and the accounts involved were terminated in line with our policy.
