I would like to share my bad experience…

I would like to share my bad experience with this fraudulent company and clarify that all the recent hype surrounding it is a lie. They closed my account claiming I missed my daily limit, and when I contacted a customer service representative... His rude response was that resetting the daily withdrawal limit varies depending on the platform you're using. If you use MetaTrader, the timing is different than with cTrader. This is a new way to scam people; they don't even mention it in the dashboard. To make it easier for them to deceive and scam you, I didn't understand that before, but now I understand why the company doesn't show the time for resetting the daily withdrawal limit on the dashboard. Now I understand, WE Master Trader is inventing a new way to scam you.

Withdrawal Rejected Despite Repeated Appeals and Request for a Fair Resolution

Title: Withdrawal Rejected and Full Profits Denied Over a Trading Interval Violation
I am sharing my personal experience with WeMasterTrade regarding a rejected withdrawal of approximately $1,063.60 from my $10,000 funded trading account.
My withdrawal request (W000135813) was rejected under Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction.
According to the company’s explanation, positions on my previous account were closed at 04:22:15. I received the account details for my new account at approximately 04:36 PM, and my first trade on the new account was placed at approximately 04:53:01 PM on the same day.
WeMasterTrade maintained that the one-hour waiting rule applied across accounts, even though the new account had not yet been provided to me when the previous positions were closed.
I appealed several times and asked the company to consider removing only the profits from the affected trading day instead of rejecting the entire withdrawal. I also requested clarification of the applicable terms and a review of the account timestamps.
The Risk Team ultimately confirmed that the withdrawal rejection would remain in effect and refused to offer an alternative resolution. The company offered to reset my account instead of terminating it, with a special 10% profit share on the first eligible payout after the reset.
I appreciate that the company communicated its decision and offered a way to continue trading. However, I remain disappointed that my request for a more proportionate resolution was rejected.
I am sharing this review so that other traders understand the importance of carefully reviewing the cross-account trading restrictions and the possible consequences before purchasing an account.
This review reflects my personal experience and the written correspondence I received from the company.

Hi Nimir, thank you for sharing your experience and for the constructive way you raised your concerns. We would like to set out what our records show.
The rule. Under Section 3.3 – Trading Interval Restriction, if a position on a symbol is open and at a loss, no new position on the same symbol may be opened on any other account you own. Once the losing position has been closed, you must wait at least one hour from the time it was closed before opening a new trade on the same symbol on any other account you own. The rule applies across accounts and does not exclude accounts that have stopped or accounts that were newly purchased. It is published here: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/prohibited-conduct-at-wemastertrade/
The violation. On 22 September 2026, positions on your previous account 1215754 were closed at 04:22:15, and the first trade on the same symbol on your new account 1216210 was placed at about 04:53:01 on the same day. That is a gap of roughly 30 minutes, inside the one-hour waiting period. The violation notice sent to you listed the orders and timestamps involved, with supporting evidence attached.
Your points. You noted that the new account had not yet been delivered when the previous positions were closed. The waiting period is counted from the time the losing position was closed, so the time at which a new account is delivered or activated does not change it. You also asked for a more proportionate outcome. Our Risk team reviewed your appeals and the withdrawal decision remained unchanged. Account 1216210 was reset instead of terminated, so that you can continue trading.
We appreciate your professionalism throughout this process, and we hope the details above explain the basis of the decision.

AVOID THIS FIRM

AVOID THIS FIRM, IT IS JUST SCAMMING PEOPLE
A trader who was trading with these guys referred me, and since I didn't have MT5 I just use the persons laptop to login and trade. my account was terminated and the person signed another account and it was terminated later he traded with new account and after 6 days, they came and denied his payout based on the fact that I traded using his mt5 which had been terminated.
Dear....and Friends,
We hope this message finds you well.
After a thorough review of your account history, our Risk Team has identified a violation of our Terms & Conditions, specifically related to improper device usage.
According to our policy β€œCan I trade on multiple devices?”, traders are allowed to use multiple personally owned devices for trading. However:
The use of shared devices or devices not personally owned by the trader is strictly prohibited.
Sharing a device with any other trader, regardless of relationship, is not allowed under any circumstances.
During our investigation, we detected that your MT5 account 1219137 was accessed multiple times from the same computer device that was also used by clients:
MT5 1213219
These shared-device access patterns occurred consistently throughout the month of September and October, clearly indicating device sharing between multiple individuals. This behavior violates our security and compliance requirements and poses significant risks to account integrity.
Avoid them
Why did you send me this email if you did not want me to discuss another person's account? You the one who sent me this email.
↳Reply from WeMasterTradeOctober 19, 2026
Hi Mercy, thank you for sharing your experience.
We are not able to discuss another customer’s account or payout request in a public reply, so we can only speak to your own account, 1213219, which was terminated on 17 September 2026.
The device violation. Our Risk review found that account 1213219 was accessed from the same computer device that was also used to access another trader’s MT5 account. Your review confirms this: you say you did not have your own MT5 setup and traded using another person’s laptop. Our device policy allows traders to use multiple personally owned devices, but the use of shared devices, or devices not personally owned by the trader, is strictly prohibited. Sharing a device with any other trader, regardless of the relationship between them, is not allowed under any circumstances. The policy is published here: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/can-i-trade-on-multiple-devices/
Once the same device is confirmed as used across different customer profiles, the device-sharing activity itself is recorded as a violation. Differences in login or trading dates, or the fact that one of the accounts was later terminated, cannot be used to exclude it.
This rule applies equally to every trader and exists to protect the fairness and integrity of the trading environment. WeMasterTrade has paid thousands of successful payouts to traders under the same published rules, verifiable through our official community channels. If you would like us to review the termination of your own account, please reach out via wemastertrade.com/report with your account details.

Title

Title: Unfair account termination due to a severe Dashboard glitch
I am extremely disappointed with WeMasterTrade. My 5K account was terminated due to a clear technical synchronization error between their server and the user Dashboard.
On October 12th, I lost $223 and completely stopped trading. After the daily rollover, my Dashboard officially reset and displayed $0 as my Daily Loss, giving me the green light that a full $250 drawdown was available. Based on their official live data, I entered a new trade. As soon as the trade hit a tiny loss of $27, my account was instantly closed!
The system combined two different trading days because of a desynchronization glitch, claiming the trade happened at 23:17 UTC. As a trader, the Dashboard is my only reference for risk management. If the platform shows $0 loss, I should not be punished for their server time lag.
Support is refusing to acknowledge this platform error. I demand a technical review and the immediate restoration of my account. Account ID: [2008017]
↳Reply from WeMasterTradeOctober 16, 2026
Hi Fahd, thank you for sharing the details of your case on account 2008017. We would like to set out our records and where your concern stands.
The violation. Account 2008017 ($5,000) was terminated for breaching the Daily Loss limit. Daily Loss is calculated from the account’s Equity: the system records Prev Balance and Prev Equity at the start of each trading day, takes the higher of the two, and subtracts the Daily Loss limit to set a minimum Equity threshold. If Equity falls below that threshold at any time during the trading day, the account is terminated. The rule is published here: https://faq.wemastertrade.com/what-is-the-daily-loss-limit-and-what-happens-if-i-break-it/
What our records show. Our support team confirmed to you that all of the trades, including the trade recorded at 23:17 UTC, fall on 12 October on the trading server, and therefore count toward the same trading day’s Daily Loss. By the figures you describe, a loss of $223 earlier that day plus a floating loss of $27 on the later trade reaches the $250 limit.
Your Dashboard concern. You reported that the Dashboard displayed a Daily Loss of $0 when you opened the later trade. We are reaching out to you to request a screenshot of the Dashboard showing the Daily Loss figure together with its date and time, and we are reviewing the case with our Risk team. We will follow up with you directly as soon as the review is complete.
