Rejection of Payout Based on Mathematically Impossible Risk Calculations

I am writing this review as a warning to other traders. While I cannot outright label Wall Street Funded (WSF) a scam, their automated risk-tracking backend is fundamentally broken, making them completely untrustworthy for any serious, long-term trading journey.
The WSF Risk Management Department rejected my hard-earned payout, claiming I committed soft breaches on "Risk per Operation" and "Risk per Trading Idea" by exceeding a 2.00% absolute risk ceiling. However, my raw terminal logs down to the exact penny show that their backend algorithm generated phantom numbers that are mathematically impossible.
Here is the undeniable proof from my account:
1. Ticket #24065310 (XAUUSD Buy):
WSF's dashboard claims my planned risk on this trade was $100.86 (2.02%). In reality, my terminal logs show an Entry Price of 4196.81 and a Stop Loss locked at 4189.34. On a 0.06 lot size on Gold ($6.00 per point), the maximum risk on this trade was mathematically capped at exactly $44.82β€”less than half of their allowed 2% limit. Even if combined with its identical twin trade (Ticket #24065309, risk of $45.24) under a "Trading Idea," the cumulative risk was only $90.06, well below the $100 threshold.
2. Ticket #23965826 (XAUUSD Buy):
WSF's script claimed a risk of $112.35 (2.25%). In reality, the position held a tight trailing stop, never held that risk, and closed out in a clean profit of +$56.28.
What is the point of trading, hitting profit targets, and respecting risk guidelines if the firm can cancel and reject your payout using completely incorrect, fabricated backend data?
I submitted an explicit, data-backed dispute directly to the risk and support teams, and I have been met with absolute silence for over 3 days. If WSF wants to prove they are a reliable platform and not just using automated glitches to avoid paying profitable traders, a senior risk manager needs to manually audit my raw terminal log parameters and reverse this false violation.
