{Spanish} Esta mal llamada "Compañia" anulo la totalidad de mis cuentas al solicitarles un retiro. Me acusaron de "HEDGING" sin ninguna explicacion aun cuando hace ya dos semanas les solicite por correo el por que de esa decision.
Trabaje con ellos mas de 3 años, les di buenas reviews, crei en ellos, hasta hice un video explicando mi experiencia en general y asi es como me recompensaron, eliminando todas mis cuentas y bloqueandome el acceso al sitio web.
Puede que respondan algun dia, o puede que no, ya no me interesa ninguna relacion con ese tipo de empresas..., igual cuando eres rentable se inventaran alguna regla (hedging o CID o IP o lo que sea ) para sacarte del camino y evitar pagarte.
Empresas como esta, tarde que temprano cavaran su propia tumba.

{English} This so-called "company" shut down all my accounts when I requested a withdrawal. They accused me of "hedging" without offering any explanation, even though I emailed them two weeks ago asking for the reason behind the decision.
I worked with them for over three years; I gave them positive reviews and believed in them—I even made a video sharing my overall experience. And this is how they repaid me: by deleting all my accounts and blocking my access to the website.
They might reply someday, or they might not; I’m no longer interested in any relationship with that kind of company. The fact is, once you become profitable, they’ll just invent some rule—hedging, CID, IP issues, or whatever else—to get you out of the way and avoid paying you.
Sooner or later, companies like this will dig their own graves.

My account (ID: 169635, registered under the name Abdulqawi) was suddenly compromised on August 14, 2026, with the stated reason being "identity verification fraud."
What concerns me deeply is that my identity verification process had already been fully reviewed and approved prior to this. I received no prior warning, nor was any explanation provided regarding what led to this sudden change in the account's status.
The customer support team referred me to the Risk Management department. I sent a detailed email requesting a manual review and offered to provide any additional identity verification information (including a live video call), yet I have received no response for over a month and a half.
I expect transparency and a fair manual review of my account. If there has been a system error or a misunderstanding, I am fully prepared to resolve it. I urge the management or the Risk Management team to look into my case and contact me via the registered email address associated with the account.
