I want to share my experience with Earn2Trade after being a customer since 2022.
Around 40 days ago, I received an official promotional email offering a 60% discount on a 25K evaluation. I applied the coupon code during checkout, and the platform clearly showed the discounted price of $60 before completing the purchase.
However, after confirming the payment, I was charged the full $150 instead.
The important part is that I have screen recordings and proof showing that:
The discount code was entered correctly
The system accepted it
The final price displayed before payment was $60
I immediately contacted support and provided all the evidence, including video recordings and the promotional email.
After multiple exchanges with support and management, they stated that the discount was “not applied on their system” and refused to honor the price that was shown to me during checkout.
In the end, they only offered a 50% refund, which means I still paid more than what was originally displayed when I made the purchase.
Additionally, due to currency exchange rate differences, the refund did not fully match the original amount in my local currency. When paying in USD, the bank applies one exchange rate, and when receiving a refund, a different rate is applied. This resulted in an additional loss on my side despite the partial refund.
While I appreciate that they partially refunded the amount, the core issue remains:
👉 The price shown to the customer at checkout did not match the final charge, and this was not fully corrected.
As a long-time customer who regularly purchased evaluations, I found this experience disappointing. I expected better handling of a clear discrepancy, especially when supported by recorded proof.
