I had a great experience with Caleb from customer services.
He was polite, professional, and really took the time to understand my issue.
His communication was clear, and he kept me updated throughout.
Caleb resolved everything quickly and made the process stress-free.

I am sharing my experience with Equity Edge.
After making profits and requesting a payout, my account was disabled due to an alleged “One-Sided Betting Rule” violation. I disagreed with this decision, as all my trades were based on analysis and I even offered to explain each trade in detail.
I previously posted a review here, but it was taken offline after the company flagged it. I have already provided evidence to Trustpilot proving that my experience is real, including email communication and account activity.
Later, I was contacted and offered a new one-step account after I raised the issue publicly. While I accepted the offer as a way to move forward, I believe it is important for others to be aware of how situations like this are handled.
I am sharing this to highlight my experience and to encourage transparency in how trader accounts and payouts are managed.

Terrible Experience with Equity Edge - Avoid at All Costs‼️
I wish I could give Equity Edge a negative star. My experience with this firm has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE‼️
I purchased a challenge, excited to get started, but that quickly turned into disappointment‼️
I tried to access my account using the code provided for a free instant account, but it was never delivered! ❌
What makes it worse is the unhelpful and dismissive response from their staff‼️
They claimed that I didn’t input the code correctly, but I ABSOLUTELY DID❌🤬
Their lack of accountability is alarming and I know numerous people that have been denied payouts too! ❌
If you're considering working with Equity Edge, I strongly recommend that you think twice and save yourself the frustration, time, money and EFFORT‼️
There are plenty of other firms out there that are honest and trustworthy. Equity Edge is a scam, and I encourage everyone to STAY AWAY‼️
