I like the interface and the rules are clear. Good promos for the plans.
1. I would recommend is better customer service. It was difficult to contact a representative for assistance. My payout took about a week. But it was advertised to take up to only 2 business days. This had me worried alot. I would like my future payouts to be processed more quickly.
2. Very difficult to update payment information. I still have the wrong payment info on file and was unable to get assistance.
Other that, I've had a pleasurable experience thus far.

Process was clear, almost no downtime. Got my account by email with details, didn’t need to contact support.

Migration went fine, got my new account within the same week. Everything worked, nothing special but no issues either.

The dashboard is good with stats updating quickly.
