Funded Elite $1.70 Flash Activation Entry Pricing

FundedElite is an absolute disgrace. In my experience, this company has shown a shocking lack of transparency and professionalism.
I worked hard to obtain a $25,000 funded account, and when I reached the payout stage, suddenly a separate 1% risk-per-trade restriction became the reason for closing my account. This restriction was not clearly displayed on my dashboard, and I could not find it in the published rules I had consulted.
What makes this even more ridiculous is that one of their own support agents admitted in writing that the explanation regarding the separate 1% limit was not a correct description of the published risk rule. Yet the Risk Team still used that restriction to justify closing my account.
I contacted support repeatedly, sent multiple emails, and tried to get a clear explanation. Instead of resolving the issue transparently, they made their decision final and offered me a discount code to buy another challenge. Seriously? My funded account is gone, and their solution is to encourage me to give them more money?
This is an outrageous way to treat a customer. When a company applies a restriction that is not clearly communicated, gives conflicting explanations, and refuses to properly address the customer's concerns, it destroys trust.
I cannot tell other traders what to conclude, but based on my experience, I strongly advise people to think twice before buying a challenge from FundedElite. Keep screenshots of everything, save every conversation, and do not assume that the rules displayed to you tell the whole story.
I deeply regret trusting this company with my time and effort.

i was trading with fundedelite more then a year and now i can trade on fundedelite live account i can trade on live account very will but today i can breach my account its very frustrated for me.

My god. The support just keep going in circles and not understanding what i have been telling them. They dont care. They dont escalate. They done investigate. Been trying to explain for a week now hoping some one with some brains will help, yet to find one with the requirements or the responsibility to help traders.
All i see is they do not want to pay out.
I wish i can share screenshots here of the awful service and lack of understanding.

Great customer service ,i had my flash account expired because i did not pay the activation fee on time but i asked for time extension and they did that without giving me a hard time. I hope they last this industry.
