Funded Hero — 51% OFF Instant Accounts (Biggest Instant Discount, Ends Nov 12)

Bad experience for what to use this company when there are others like lucid and topstep that do not give problems when it comes to paying you

Had the worst experience possible with FundedHero support on an Instant Elite account. Their support agent ("Spade") completely failed to explain a false daily drawdown breach.
Circular, robotic responses: The agent spent over an hour copying and pasting the exact same automated text and metrics over and over, completely ignoring clear math and screenshots showing that the losses did not exceed the 3% daily limit.
Incompetent tracking: They acknowledged that the starting balance for the day was $53,175 (meaning a 3% drawdown would be $1,595.25), yet their system randomly flagged a breach using an arbitrary threshold of $52,639.28 for reasons they couldn't explain.
Zero accountability: After trapping me in circles, ignoring direct questions for extended periods, and even sending out-of-context messages that they later deleted, they abruptly shut down the conversation, claimed the decision was "final," and refused to escalate the case.
They take your money, glitch out your account, use buggy drawdown calculations that don't match the actual session open, and refuse to provide real evidence or support. Absolute scam.
Stay far away from FundedHero!

Send me my payout it’s since March without an official response, response that i can’t have because i soon i try to write in the discord i get banned, from mail never got an answer

This is my 2nd payout I’ve now gotten from fundedhero which I’m thrilled about to finally find a company I can work with long term and tell my friends about.
There’s so many scams going on in prop firms so it’s always great to finally find a company in this space that actually cares and values their customer. Funded hero really understands that by having excellent support, being responsive and actually processing payouts to make customers happy, they can have the best reputation possible!
Overall very happy with how everything has gone with them

Helpful and fast customer support.
