Our records indicate that this rule was not met in your case, which is why the Phase 2 account was not issued. The initial automated email indicating that you passed was triggered before the final compliance check, which later detected that the minimum trading days condition had not been fulfilled.
We understand this may be frustrating, but these rules are applied consistently to maintain fairness for all traders on the platform. We always recommend that traders review all challenge requirements carefully before considering a phase completed.

As previously communicated, you initially breached the trading rules during your funded phase. Despite this, we provided you with a free retry account as a goodwill gesture, which is not something we are obligated to offer. Unfortunately, you breached the rules again on the retry account, which led to the permanent closure of your account in accordance with our policies.
All trading rules, payout conditions, and breach criteria are clearly stated on our website and in the FAQs section. Funded ProFx does not close any trader’s account without a valid and documented reason. Traders who strictly follow the rules are receiving their payouts regularly, and withdrawals are being processed daily.
Rejections only occur when there is a confirmed violation of the trading rules. We maintain a fair and transparent system that applies equally to all traders.
