The support team is doing his best at any time to solve any kind of inquiry

I HAD AN EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLATFORM, AND I STRONGLY FEEL THE NEED TO WARN OTHERS BEFORE THEY FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, EVERYTHING SEEMED NORMAL, BUT IT QUICKLY TURNED INTO A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT — ONLY BOTS THAT GIVE GENERIC, USELESS RESPONSES. WHENEVER I TRIED TO GET HELP, I WAS MET WITH AUTOMATED REPLIES THAT NEVER ADDRESSED MY ISSUES. IT FELT LIKE I WAS TALKING TO A WALL.
THINGS GOT WORSE WHEN THEY SUDDENLY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY VALID EXPLANATION. I WAS COMPLETELY UNABLE to LOG BACK IN, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRIED. THERE WAS NO ASSISTANCE, NO PASSWORD RESET THAT WORKED, NOTHING. IT WAS CLEARLY INTENTIONAL.
AFTER THAT, MY FUNDS WERE SIMPLY GONE. WHEN I FINALLY MANAGED TO REACH THEM AGAIN, THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD CONDUCTED AN “INTERNAL INVESTIGATION,” BUT PROVIDED ZERO PROOF, NO DOCUMENTATION, AND NO REAL EXPLANATION OF WHAT HAPPENED. IT WAS JUST AN EMPTY STATEMENT TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY.
THIS IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE BIGGEST SCAM COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THEY ARE HIGHLY MANIPULATIVE, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF HELPING THEIR USERS.
THANKFULLY, AFTER FEELING HOPELESS FOR A LONG TIME, I CAME ACROSS ⨏០✗ᖲ⩏✗. WORKING WITH THEM WAS A COMPLETE TURNING POINT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE, AND ACTUALLY TOOK MY SITUATION SERIOUSLY. THEY GUIDED ME STEP BY STEP AND CONDUCTED A THOROUGH PROCESS TO ADDRESS MY CASE.
WITH THEIR HELP, I WAS ABLE TO RECOVER ALL MY LOST FUNDS, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS IMPOSSIBLE AT THAT POINT. THE RELIEF I FELT CANNOT EVEN BE DESCRIBED.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⨏០✗ᖲ⩏✗ TO ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN A VICTIM OF ONLINE SCAMS. THEY TRULY MADE A DIFFERENCE WHEN I NEEDED IT MOST.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH ONLINE PLATFORMS. IF SOMETHING FEELS WRONG, TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. I HOPE MY EXPERIENCE HELPS SOMEONE AVOID GOING THROUGH THE SAME SITUATION.

I reviewed previously about this company completely based upon their giveaways and opportunity they provide for traders but that was before I had a trading relation with them and now when I experienced that, on those basis, I'm writing a new one after deleting the first review so that others may not fall for them. They have got plenty of disgusting and unnecessary rules which I mentioned in previous review also. The only objective of those rules are just to burden some more on traders and to make them lose their accounts somehow. So disappointed with them and I'm never gonna fall in their trap, not having any trading realtions with them with these rules in future.

so i've been trading in challenge for a couple months, and i like the platform dans everything, for that part everythings is find. My isssue is that ive been waiting for an affiliate payout for more then 3 monts now and after many follow up with the live chat support the only thing they can tell me is ; we have a ticket for this, and we will contact you. but they never do i can't get a payout and i reach out to them every 3 week and its always the same, im tired of this, my concern is, if its the same thing when you get regular payouts i don't think you will receive your payout so be carefull.
