I am writing this review regarding my funded account #164280 with Funding Traders.
On October 22, 2026, I had an open position on US100 with a preset Stop Loss at 29400.97 specifically placed to prevent breaching the Daily Drawdown limit. However, the MT5 execution closed the trade at 29395.14—resulting in an abnormal 5.83-point slippage.
This execution gap pushed my account balance into a Daily Drawdown violation. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to review the server execution logs or escalate the issue to the risk team, dismissing it as "market liquidity/slippage".
A 6-point execution gap on US100 during normal market hours makes risk management impossible. I hope management steps in to review account #164280 fairly.

Account Breached Despite Being Above Daily Drawdown Limit

I had a $1,000 account with Funding Traders and was holding a profitable swing trade overnight, which they explicitly allow.
At the daily reset, my daily drawdown threshold suddenly jumped above my account balance, and my account was marked as breached, even though my equity was still above the daily loss threshold.
My dashboard showed:
- Balance: $997.19
- Equity: $1,033.34
- Daily loss limit: $1,003.18
My equity was $30.16 ABOVE the daily loss limit, yet my account was disabled. My trade remained profitable and continued gaining value, but I was restricted to read-only access and couldn't manage it.
I understand that daily drawdown can be calculated using floating equity, but I don't understand why my account was breached when my equity was above the displayed limit.
I have screenshots documenting everything.
I'm asking Funding Traders to investigate this, provide the exact breach calculation, and reinstate my account if the breach was incorrect.
I'll gladly update this review if they resolve the issue fairly. Until then, I would advise swing traders to be cautious about how the daily drawdown reset is handled.

FT is bullshit cause why I'm holding my trades for two days and now my account breach when I'm in profit please don't trade with funding traders.

Hey Trader,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us regarding your recent account evaluation. We understand your frustration, especially when experiencing an account breach while holding profitable trades over multiple days.
To help clarify the situation, we want to explain how the daily drawdown rule operates on our 1-Step Pro accounts. The daily loss limit is set at 3% and is calculated relative to your starting day's equity rather than the initial account balance.
Challenge Account Size: $5,000
3% of Challenge Account Size: $150
Starting Day's Equity: $5,194.87
Max. Daily Loss: $5,044.87
Last Recorded Balance: $5,005.87
In your specific case with the $5,000 challenge, the 3% limit equals $150. Your starting day's equity was recorded at $5,194.87, which set your maximum daily loss threshold at $5,044.87. Because your equity was high at the time of the daily reset, the new daily limit was adjusted upwards accordingly. Unfortunately, your last recorded balance is $5,005.87. Since this amount is below the newly established maximum daily loss threshold of $5,044.87, the system registered a breach. We highly encourage reviewing the drawdown mechanics closely to help manage risk effectively in your future trading sessions.

FT is a scam, but this is what you can do about it

It sounds like many of you on this board had a similar experience as mine with FundingTraders.com. Read at the end to know what you can do about it.
I earned a $5,600 payout on 9/15/26. On 9/17/26, a gentleman named Luke from their risk department completed a review of my account and fully approved my payout. I have five additional emails plus one video call from Luke assuring me that I would receive my payout. On 10/9/26, I then receive an email from stating "Upon further review on your account, we have detected further discrepancies that prompted another review on your account. Your payout has been pulled in the meantime of queue release as this is being thoroughly investigated." This prop trading firm is a complete scam. Each of you who find yourselves reading this can allow yourselves to determine if you agree with me or not. I have screenshots to support my claims.
Finally, I would encourage each and every one of you to dispute every FT fee you have ever paid with your credit card companies and also file a formal complaint to their registrar at the International Free Zone (IFZA) in Dubai.
All your stories on here make me feel even more sick! Each of you are likely struggling to make ends meet, and then you have this experience with FT! In my mind, each of you have a chance to re-coup your hard earned money, and I just want to offer up the best knowledge to help. If I can help one person on here, my experience with FT isn't in vain.

Hey William,
Your review is purely false and misleading – and here are the facts.
Facts of the case:
> You requested a payout of $5,600. During the mandatory payout review, our Risk Department identified trading discrepancies, specifically prohibited 13-second trades.
> In your written communications with our team, you explicitly admitted to executing these 13-second trades. Following the notification of this review, you responded to our staff with severe profanity, personal insults, and extreme hostility.
Our resolution:
> We base our decisions strictly on concrete evidence, system logs, and standard compliance procedures, never on arbitrary judgments.
> In good faith, our team clearly communicated the findings of this investigation to you in our initial email regarding the concern.
> Due to the confirmed trading violations and the unacceptable verbal abuse directed at our staff, your account was permanently banned. We follow strict, consistent, and fair procedures for all traders to ensure the integrity of our platform.
Lesson for traders:
> Always review our Help Center to ensure your trading style complies with our allowed strategies and does not exploit system mechanics.
> Maintain professional communication; harassment, threats, or abusive language toward our staff will result in an immediate ban.
> Understand that all accounts undergo standard compliance checks to protect the firm and ensure a fair environment for everyone.
FundingTraders will not be blackmailed or intimidated by abusive behavior and false public narratives. Our decision remains final and will not be subject to further review.
If you ever have questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] (Risk Department: [email protected]).

This is one of the worst crowdfunding…

This is one of the worst crowdfunding companies; they close your account with the money you've earned, they close it without you having reached the limit of losses, you open a live account and they don't let you withdraw any money. I don't recommend it to anyone, not even if they make it seem cheap because cheap things end up being expensive.
↳Reply from Fundingtraders.comOctober 21, 2026
Hey Trader,
We are genuinely sorry to hear about your frustration and want to clarify how our evaluation and funded stages operate. Our platform is built on transparency, and we never close accounts without a direct violation of our established risk parameters or terms of service. The rules regarding drawdowns and trading behavior are clearly outlined to ensure a sustainable environment for all our clients. When a trader follows these guidelines and successfully earns a profit, we always honor our commitment and process their withdrawals promptly. It is entirely against our business model to withhold funds from successful individuals who trade within the agreed framework.
We understand that hitting a breach can be highly disappointing, especially when you feel the limits were not reached. However, our automated risk management systems track all equity and balance metrics in real time to prevent any miscalculations.
If you ever have questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] (Risk Department: [email protected]).
