Hi my name is Ryan naidoo . I have redeemed a free trading account and I have communicated with support which was very rude ..they haven't gotten back to me for over a week . When I contact them they say it's a system error just to avoid giving me my account . I have worked with funded next they are the best if there's an issue they team messages immediately.

I purchased 5k account for 17$ it's More than 6 hours i did not received any credentials from them really worst experience

I received an email on 23rd March stating that my account would be delivered within 3 days. Then again on 4th April, I received the same message saying it would be provided within 3 days. However, I still haven’t received my account.
This kind of delay is not expected from such a reputed prop firm. Could you please clarify what is causing this delay and provide a clear timeline for when my issue will be resolved?
I would appreciate a prompt update.

And in funded when I make profit and try to request my payout the stop updating my stats in my dish board
And they are doing this with every one who are about to request a payout
I have proof of everything
Even I share everything in discord and their team banned me from discord never ever buy this prop frim accounts

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Goat Funded Trader.
My account was suspended over a so-called “2% risk rule” that was never clearly disclosed in their terms. This looks like nothing more than an excuse to deny traders and avoid paying them once they perform.
This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. You cannot enforce hidden or unclear rules and then punish clients for them.
I followed all the visible guidelines and managed my risk responsibly, yet my account was terminated without any fair warning or proper justification.
I am formally requesting a full refund of my account fee. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it further and share my experience across multiple platforms to warn other traders.
