I successfully withdrew funds from my INSTANT24 account once. There were no issues with that. After successfully reaching the target on my second trade, I submitted a withdrawal request. MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED. The reason was that my total profit from scalping trades exceeded 30% of my total profit. My 0.50 LOT XAUUSD trade reached the TP level 15 dollars ahead within 2 minutes to maintain consistency, and this happened 4 times. I have no control over XAUUSD moving that quickly. They wiped out my entire $3,700 profit. Amending the contract was also an option. Later, I opened a new account and, by following the rules, made a $2,950 profit. I couldn’t reach $3,000, and my account was wiped out. Immediately after that, the company unfairly blocked me. In other words, they didn’t like that I made a profit three times on the INSTANT24 account. If you’re a winner, stay away from this company. As you know, there are much more successful alternatives.

I am writing this message to bring awareness to what happened between myself and **Hantec Markets**.
Recently, they launched the *Instant 24* program, which encouraged me to confidently introduce and convince one of my students to purchase two accounts — one for **$10,000** and another for **$25,000**.
Unfortunately, I am deeply disappointed with how things turned out. After trading the account for 24 hours and even making some profit, the account was suddenly disabled. This situation is very discouraging.
A prop firm is supposed to support traders and create opportunities for growth — not frustrate or disadvantage them. The purpose of offering such services should be to benefit traders, not to impose extremely difficult conditions that make success nearly impossible.
With rules such as:
* A requirement to make **3% profit before withdrawal**
* A maximum **2% daily loss limit**
* A **15% consistency rule**
* Restriction to **only one trade at a time**
…it becomes very unrealistic to expect traders to meet all these conditions within just 24 hours.
Right now, I am in a difficult position because I personally convinced someone to purchase these accounts under my guidance. Now that the 24-hour period has elapsed and the account has been disabled, with no access to withdraw the profit made, I am left without a clear explanation to give him — and he will hold me responsible for this outcome.
I strongly believe that this situation needs to be addressed fairly. Either:
* A **refund should be issued**, or
* The **profit made within the 24-hour trading period should be paid out**
I have avoided buying challenge accounts since last year, but when I saw the *Instant 24* offer, I believed it could be a life-changing opportunity. Unfortunately, it has turned into a very frustrating experience instead.
