When you first reported the dashboard issue related to the visibility of the daily drawdown, the matter was immediately escalated to our technical team. The issue was reported on Wednesday, and the fix was deployed and confirmed by our team on Thursday. The screenshot you shared reflected the situation prior to the deployment of that fix, which is why it appeared unresolved at the time.
It’s also important to note that based on the account records and equity timeline, the account had already entered drawdown prior to 28 March. The balance declined significantly on 27 March, placing the account very close to the maximum drawdown threshold. When an account approaches this level, the platform prioritizes the maximum drawdown limit as the active risk control, which is why the daily drawdown value may no longer appear on the dashboard.
Additionally, trading activity continued on the account while the matter was being reviewed and escalated, which resulted in the account moving further into drawdown.
We always aim to review and address reported issues as quickly as possible, and in this case the matter was escalated promptly and resolved the following day. For this reason, the description presented in the review does not fully reflect the timeline of events or the information previously shared.
