This is a fraudulent company, and I have evidence of that.

My account number is 10268203.
MY NAME BASIM SAAD
I passed both tests successfully, and all my trades were profitable without any risk, using very small contracts. I closed each trade after half an hour. Despite this, the company closed my account without any reason. It's a fraudulent and deceptive company. I advise you to stay away from them.

I had a disappointing experience with Maven Trading

I had a disappointing experience with Maven Trading regarding my account review process.
My account was flagged for “group trading” based on a device identifier (CID). I explained in detail that I was using a ForexVPS server, which is a common and permitted setup for traders, and provided complete VPS information to support this.
In virtualized environments like VPS, device identifiers can sometimes overlap due to shared infrastructure. Despite clarifying this and requesting proper review, I was not provided with any trading-based evidence, such as:
- trade correlation
- mirrored positions
- or coordinated execution
After sending multiple professional emails and follow-ups, I have now stopped receiving responses entirely, without any clear resolution.
I fully respect that prop firms must enforce rules, but decisions should be transparent, consistent, and supported by clear evidence. In this case, the lack of response and reliance solely on device identification raises concerns.
I am still open to resolving this matter professionally and would appreciate a proper review based on actual trading activity.
Until then, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.

Heartbroken: Passed Phase 1 after 4 years of practice, but Maven crushed my mother's funded account over a technical error 💔😭🎓

I am a 17-year-old student, and for the last 4 years, trading has been my life. Since I was 13, I spent every single day practicing on Demo accounts, staring at charts for 12+ hours until my eyes were red and exhausted. I did all of this with one goal: to change my family's life. 🏠👨‍👩‍👦📉
I finally saved every penny to buy a $2,000 challenge (Order #1053923). Since I am 17, I opened the account legally in my mother’s name (Abebech Mekonon Ayele). I worked incredibly hard and SUCCESSFULLY PASSED Phase 1. Maven even sent her the Certificate of Achievement, and I felt so proud that my 4 years of sacrifice were finally paying off. 🎓✨
But my joy turned into a nightmare during the KYC for the funded account. My mother was doing the verification, but she struggled to hold the camera correctly. I stepped in just to help her stabilize the phone, and my face/hand accidentally appeared in the frame. Maven’s automated system flagged this as a 'mismatch' and instantly terminated the funded account.
I explained to support that I was only helping my mother with the camera, but they were heartless. They labeled this accidental technical error as 'fraud' and are now refusing to refund my $13.80 savings. 🚫
Since I haven't even started live trading on the funded account, Maven has suffered ZERO financial loss. Keeping a student's hard-earned savings over a technical mistake during a family member's verification is unethical and cruel. They didn't just take my money; they took years of hope. Please, if you are a young trader, stay away—they have no heart. 💔🚩 UPDATE: I contacted support (Edward) to explain the technical error, but he refused to listen. He labeled my explanation as a 'threat' and confirmed they will keep my money. They are using automated KYC rules to profit from a 5-second camera adjustment error. Absolutely heartless. UPDATE :This is a poor excuse to keep a 17-year-old student's money. I opened the account in my mother's name precisely because I wanted to follow the law, and she was with me during the KYC. The only 'violation' was a camera adjustment during the process. You are using a minor's technical mistake to profit and steal 4 years of hard work. If you won't give me the account, the least you can do is refund my mother's money. Keeping the money while providing NO service is unethical."

We understand this is disappointing, but this was not a technical error.
You confirmed that you are under 18 and that the account was opened and used under your mother’s identity. This is a direct violation of our KYC and account ownership rules.
For security and fairness, we cannot allow third-party use of accounts or make exceptions in these cases. As outlined in our policies, KYC failures due to identity violations are not eligible for a refund.
You’re welcome to try again once you meet the age requirement and can participate under your own identity.

Hard breached my account for net profit…

Hard breached my account for net profit less than 1 minute, do not purchase account from maven. theyre scamming

Hi there,
We’ve reviewed this account, and the breach was due to a daily drawdown violation based on equity, not profit.
Our system monitors equity in real time, meaning even a brief drop below the allowed daily threshold will trigger a breach, regardless of whether the trade was later closed in profit.
This is a standard risk rule applied consistently across all accounts, with no manual intervention or platform interference involved.
We understand how this can feel frustrating in fast-moving markets, but the outcome is determined strictly by the defined risk parameters.
