I trade risking $200-$300 on my 100k instant lite account. I got my $5017 (5%) payout denied, and my account was automatically reset for no reason. After crying out to support they hit me with this;

The question is, how does inconsistencies in lot sizes if the person is risking less than 0.5% of his account violates trading rules. I didn't even breach their 1% soft rule 😪 but got scammed. Mysteriously someone kept placing trades with immensely high lots on my account on the last trading day whiles trying to resolve this issue with support and got the account breached.
I'm in debt and my house rent expires next month. This is my first payout in 3yrs after battling with my psychology and they just want to steal my money and hard work.
They will give stories just to scam you. Funny enough they claim to be paying out 100s and keep posting fake payouts.
I know they will reply and ask me to contact support but it's just to lie to people.

Today is 29th days finally reply on my review said that I have to contact support team if the support working efficiency I shouldn’t write my review here I email them to provide evidence they still no reply after over 48 hours, please stop making story I just need my profit payout to my bank account, I spend time to working on your funded account then you are just one simple review and reject my payout without evidence, it was absolutely reckless and irresponsible behavior.

I urge everyone to stay away from this company; it is a fraudulent operation. They refused to let me withdraw $1,500, demanding instead that I create a video explaining my strategy. Afterward, they zeroed out my account balance. I tried again, but my next withdrawal request was rejected under the pretext of a "5% fee." Stay away—it is a scam, and you will only end up losing your money and your hard work.

Absolute fraud, they denied my payouts (10K+) for a false reason stating I used EA which I absolutely DID NOT !! No way this is a serious thing, it's a pure scam. It might used to be serious but I think they're just rug pulling the last bit of clients they had.
