Plutus Trade Base 50% Off All Trading Challenges

Based on my experience, this firm is highly unprofessional and should be seriously questioned. I have strong evidence supporting my case.
I was denied a $20,000 payout based on false accusations of “HFT/bot trading,” even though:
• All my trades were executed manually
• Only ~1.8% of trades were under 30 seconds
• The vast majority were held for minutes to hours
• I provided clear MT5 data proving this
They could also verify that in 5 seconds if they want to, but Instead of addressing facts, they repeatedly send generic copy-paste replies from their rules, without responding to any specific evidence.
When I asked respectful questions on Discord:
• I was muted for 1 hour
• Then 24 hours
• Now 1 week
Simply for trying to understand and defend my case.
Even worse, when I contacted them from a different email about another topic (told them i want to extend my payment time which they welcomed very much), they replied immediately. But when it comes to my actual case, they ignore for days now.
At this point, you would be dumb to put any money with this firm. This kind of behaviour should not be allowed in this industry.
I will update this review immediately if they prove me wrong or resolve this fairly.

I like this prop firm didn't give me any problems, how ever I finished my free 2k phase 1 funded account. From the I was stack didn't know what to do.

I want to share my ongoing experience with PTB, as well as raise a concern regarding Trustpilot moderation.
First, regarding PTB:
My payout has NOT been rejected, yet I am facing serious issues with communication and transparency. Instead of providing updates, the company has been ignoring my emails for days at a time. On top of that, I have been repeatedly placed on 24-hour bans in their Discord shortly after trying to follow up, which prevents me from even asking questions or getting support.
This behavior is extremely concerning. If a company has nothing to hide, there should be no reason to restrict a funded trader from communicating—especially when money is involved.
Now, regarding Trustpilot:
I have made multiple attempts to share my honest experience, but my reviews continue to be removed. I want to make it clear that my feedback is based on real events and is not misleading or false in any way.
I respectfully ask Trustpilot to stop removing my reviews and allow me to share my genuine experience. Transparency works both ways—companies should be accountable, and customers should be allowed to speak openly.
At this point, I am simply asking for:
- My earned payout to be processed
- Clear communication from PTB
- The ability to share my experience without censorship
I am still open to resolving this matter peacefully, but the current situation is not a good look for either PTB or the platform hosting these reviews.

Very stupid rules that make no sense. I hit the take profit for evaluation and they say I need to make more on top of that because I made too much money. Very confusing and their standards are not clear to understand. They will make it hard for you

I will never use this company again. I spent many many thousands of dollars on challenges. I thought I was bettering myself. You have to read the rules a fine line. They said that they are fast at paying payout so that’s not true. It takes two days to be approved for a payout and then it’s been over a week after that payout been approved and I still haven’t received it. It’s only for $178 after there’s 70% split, wish they take a lot more than that by the way do not use this company I spend thousands of dollars many breached accounts which was fine cause I thought I was getting somewhere more learning passing challenges, paying for instant accounts it sure easy for the most part to pass a challenge, but usually after you pass a challenge, you can start earning without waiting the seven days after you beat the challenge and their instant accounts are even worse. A miserably $178, they took thousands of dollars from me saying my payout is approved. I passed everything with their consistency and yes if you don’t read the rules, you will not know that they have a consistency rule they are sneaky. I feel like I was scammed. It’s true what they say about problems for the most part, especially this one. I wouldn’t even give them one star they tell me to join a discord app, customer service to talk about getting my payout because the guy handles and they gave me his name handles that kind of stuff on a different app than this program or company. I don’t want to join a discord company and be scammed on there as well their own company can’t even answer a simple question as where’s my payout. They’re putting me towards another company. I know it says they have a discord on their site but that’s very very sketchy done. Keep your money. Their company wants me to follow up or something. They are garbage. Please do not use them. I just received an email from them. They Tell me once again to contact this guy Max on a discord to get my payment. Their own company cannot handle my payment $178 after giving them thousands of dollars for challenges they can’t even honor $178. They want me to join a discord their company is not discord. Their company is Plutus prop firm. You guys are a scam, luckily I did not make thousands of dollars because you would never see it. You can’t even see $178 from them. They have the worst customer service they tell me to join another company to get my payout. unbelievable you guys are unbelievable. There’s other reviews about the same situation. Scam alert scam alert. I am frustrated with this company they are definitely been reported. Please do not use.
