I requested a payout on 16th April, and after waiting for about a week, the team suddenly claimed that I violated rules. However, I have clear proof that I followed all the rules properly.
It has now been more than 15 days, and my issue is still not resolved. The support team keeps telling me to “wait” without giving any proper explanation or timeline. There is no transparency in how they are handling my case.
What’s even more concerning is that I was removed from the general Discord chat and moved to another group where I can only send messages every 6 hours. This makes it extremely difficult to communicate or get timely support.
Overall, the experience has been very frustrating. Lack of proper support, delayed responses, and unclear rule enforcement raise serious concerns about reliability.
I would advise traders to be cautious before choosing this firm.

I passed my phase 2 on April 21 n still no update. They banned me from the general chat on discord. Idk why! Maybe its for asking for my account but all n all im very disappointed. I would have been ok if they said “we r doing this or we having this issue n u will get ur account on this date” but nothing no communication. Raised multiple support ticket, but all i get is my issue is escalated u will get an update soon!
WHEN IS SOON?!

Unfortunately, my experience with this 'firm' has been anything less than positive. I passed two 100k 2 step accounts last Monday (20th April) and, like many others, are yet to even receive an update, let alone my funded account login credentials. I have raised two tickets and sent multiple e-mails, all of which have been ignored. Any time someone chooses to query this in the discord, they receive the same robotic response that queries are being looked into, and to contact support for further updates. Customer support is non-existent. Nor does anyone even give a reason for such a delay. It also appears several people have been waiting frankly ridiculous lengths of time for payouts. Everything so far points to this being a complete and utter rug pull. They are concerned with one thing only, taking your money, and not for prioritising traders and their needs. If you are thinking about signing up with a firm to put your hard-earned money and time into an evaluation then please do so with another firm that will put their focus into actually caring for their traders and paying them out, because QT certainly isn't one of those. Disappointed to say the least. If anyone from QT is reading this (which I doubt) my account numbers are 10518178 and 10517397 and I would be grateful if my credentials could be passed to me, as well as all the other traders that are waiting for their funded accounts / payouts. If only I could leave zero stars!

I had an issue of my account log in not being sent and I wrote a negative review. I want to apologise for that. I was the one that mistakenly used an email that I have not been using and I was busy looking at a different email. My login details was sent immediately without me knowing. The QT team were very gentle in their response while I was emailing am sending messages. Thanks

QT Funded has potential but the payout process needs serious improvement. The trading platform itself is fine and the evaluation rules are clear. I managed to pass my evaluation thanks to @norexpass from Telegram who handled the challenge for me. However, once I submitted a payout request, it has been over a week with minimal updates. Support keeps giving vague responses and every ticket feels like it goes nowhere. The verification process for payouts feels like a moving target. Decent platform but they need to sort out their operations.
