Ramadan Offer: 40% Off Challenges + Free Account

This Presidents’ Day and Ramadan promotion reduces the purchase price of QT Prime, QT Power, and QT Instant accounts by 40% while providing a free second account of the same size and type. These incentives apply to the initial entry cost and first payout refund structure, leaving standard trading objectives and risk parameters unchanged.

The offer is positioned to mark the transition from Presidents’ Day to the start of Ramadan. By applying the active promotion, traders receive a 40% reduction on the upfront fee for applicable evaluation models. In addition to the discount, the promotion includes a “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” entitlement, granting a second evaluation account of the identical size and type at no extra cost. The terms also specify a 100% refund of the entry fee upon the first successful payout. The provider also highlights that all accounts under this offer are swap-free.

Who this may suit

This pricing structure may suit traders who prefer having a backup evaluation account immediately available through the inclusion of a second account. It may also be relevant for those seeking swap-free trading conditions or a higher refund percentage on their first payout.

Who should be cautious

Traders should be cautious if they rely on the additional account to encourage higher-risk trading behaviors. The discount and free account reduce the cost of entry but do not alter the difficulty of the evaluation or the strict drawdown limits required to reach funded status.

What this discount does not change

While the entry cost is lowered and a second account is provided, the profit targets, daily drawdown limits, and maximum loss rules remain strictly in force. The promotion does not bypass the evaluation phase or guarantee a payout.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with QT Funded.

I was clearly misled by their communication, which made me believe I was eligible for a specific offer. Later, they admitted it was their mistake, calling it a “miscommunication,” but instead of fixing it properly, they offered me a 25K account — which is significantly lower than the 50K account I originally purchased and expected.
This is not a small issue. This is misleading customers and then trying to compensate with something of much lower value.
I have already purchased multiple accounts with this company, and this situation seriously damages my trust in their service.
I clearly requested a fair solution equivalent to my original 50K account, but they refused to provide it.
If this issue is not resolved properly, I will have no choice but to escalate this further and continue sharing my experience publicly.
I strongly advise others to be careful when dealing with this company.

Worst customer support

I have been using quanttekal for the past 4 months.Last 3 months went pretty good.Live chat was really helpful. But now they have discontinued this feature. The real problem is ,I was supposed to get a refund from quant tekal since I purchased one challenge account using my friends card. During live chat I followed up the case and the representative confirmed my refund will be credited in 10 days.now it's been more than 40 days and no response from team.I have raised ticket for this issue 3 times still no one attended my case. How pathetic it is. No response even after rising a complaint.I even tried their discord facility for addressing my issue still no result. Now I am confused on what to do next.I didn't expect this from quant tekal.

Hrushe,
We understand your concern, especially given the delay and the lack of response after multiple follow-ups. We’ll clarify a few important points regarding your case.
Regarding the refund delay:
Refunds are subject to verification checks, especially in cases involving third-party payments (e.g., using a friend’s card)
Such cases often require additional validation for security and compliance, which can extend the processing timeline
However, a delay of 40+ days is not standard and should be escalated
On the earlier 10-day timeline:
Estimates provided via live chat are indicative, not guaranteed
Final processing depends on approval from the relevant internal teams after verification
On lack of response:
We acknowledge that not receiving a response after multiple tickets is not the expected experience
Please note:
Only one active ticket per issue should be maintained
Raising multiple tickets can sometimes reset queue position or delay handling
Recommended next steps:
Please reply to your latest ticket only and include:
Your account ID
Date of purchase and refund request
A clear note that this case has been pending for 40+ days
Request specifically for:
Current refund status
Any pending verification requirements
A definitive processing timeline
Important clarification:
Refunds are not denied arbitrarily, but are dependent on successful verification and compliance checks
Delays, while frustrating, are typically linked to payment method validation or internal review, not avoidance
We appreciate your patience, and your case should be prioritized once it is clearly flagged as overdue within the ticketing system.
Best regards,

I want to use your product but I'm…

I want to use your product but I'm scared, th only reason I am going to use it is the ads you posted that even after failure of challenge we still get 10% of the profit. If I try it and it is true then I will give a good review but I will be using another email for it. Good luck

QT Funded (Quantekel)

QT Funded (Quantekel) – Delayed Payouts, Poor Communication, and Unfair Practices
I purchased two instant-funded $100K accounts. One account was breached for trading during BOJ news—despite trading gold, which isn’t related to that news event. The breach reason feels unjustified and inconsistent.
My second account was submitted for payout at the same time as the breached account. It’s now been over two and a half weeks, and I’m still being told it’s “under review” with no clear timeline. Support has been unresponsive, leaving me without answers or updates.
Every issue with QT Funded results in the same corporate replies, no accountability, and no protection for users who pay high challenge fees. I feel exploited—breached for minor or unclear reasons, possibly because the firm avoids paying out successful traders.
There’s no soft breach setting, and I was also breached for alleged “over 2% open risk,” Where I double checked for and I was well inline with this rule thats only known to you to be breached after payout request. So whats the point in trading and making sure your under 2% open P/L risk and for them to say it was not the case.

Harry,
We understand your frustration; however, several points in this review are based on misunderstandings of how the rules and review processes are applied.
On the news breach:
Trading restrictions during high-impact events are not limited to directly related currency pairs. As outlined in our guidelines, events such as central bank decisions or speeches (including BOJ) can cause market-wide volatility, spread expansion, and liquidity disruptions across multiple instruments, including commodities like gold.
This means:
Instruments such as XAUUSD can still be affected due to USD flows and global risk sentiment
News restrictions are applied based on overall market impact, not just the named currency
The breach is therefore not inconsistent, but aligned with the broader risk framework
On the payout delay:
A payout being “under review” does not indicate denial
Reviews may take longer depending on risk checks, account activity validation, and queue volume
Not all cases have fixed timelines, especially where additional verification is required
While delays can be frustrating, they are part of ensuring accurate and compliant payout processing, not avoidance.
On communication:
All cases are handled through the official ticketing system
Response times may vary, but this does not mean cases are ignored or dismissed
On the 2% exposure rule:
Exposure is calculated using maximum potential loss at execution, not just observed or intended risk
This includes position size, stop-loss placement, spread, and execution price
Breaches can be identified during final payout review, even if not flagged in real time
To clarify:
There is no “hidden rule”—the same exposure framework applies to all accounts
Even slight exceedance beyond the 2% threshold constitutes a breach, with no tolerance buffer
Summary:
News restrictions apply to all impacted instruments, not only directly related pairs
Payout delays are typically due to ongoing verification, not denial
Exposure breaches are based on actual execution data, not perceived compliance
All actions are taken using objective, server-side evaluation criteria
If you would like full transparency on your case, you may request:
The exact trades flagged
Exposure calculations used
Execution data and timestamps
Please follow up with your ticket ID so the team can provide a complete, data-backed explanation.

Support is the only feature i like…

Support is the only feature i like here, especially Catherine she have been helpful fast and actually solving problems. I've had issues resolved in minutes,
The challenge options are flexible also,@Bennypass from telegram passed the evaluation for me, i have tried and failed many timest the Consistency Rule on some accounts can make passing tricky
Platform has been stable for me. They've been around for years, which gives me confidence also
Rules aren't the most trader-friendly compared to some competitors, but they're workable if you understand them upfront.
