We make considerable efforts to communicate this rule clearly across several official resources. Once a payout has been requested, the account equity cannot fall below the initial account balance. This requirement exists to ensure that traders maintain responsible risk management while operating funded accounts. If a new position is opened and the spread or floating loss temporarily brings the equity below the starting balance, the system will automatically trigger a breach.
In addition, our traders always have the possibility to reach out to our support team or to our trading mentors if they have any doubts about account rules before or during their trading. We are always happy to clarify how the system works so that traders can operate their accounts with full confidence.
