Support is generally responsive and helpful, and the overall trading environment — tight spreads, smooth execution, straightforward KYC — makes for a stress-free experience when you're on the right side of the rules.the evaluation process comes out so smooth also,@Bennypass frm telegram passed the challenge for me,the rules that is really hard to keep is position size restrictions, margin limits, and trading behavior,this is what i just do not understand.

Trading Pit robbed me and they might rob you

I purchased the stock challenge for 99$ and had an issue getting a platform to start trading. It always says no platform available.
I contacted the customer support multiple times and have waited more than 3 business days with no reply at all.
I have issued a refund and same thing no reply.
I got robbed by these guys so whoever wants to do their challenge be careful as you might burn a 100$ just like I did.

ACHAVA QUE ERA UMA EMPRESA SÉRIA. PELO DONO SER DONO DA TICKMILL CORRETORA. ESTÃO AI PRA PEGA VOCÊ NA CURVA E VIRAR SEUS BOLSOS DE CABEÇA PRA BAIXO. NUNCA MAIS RETORNO, AINDA MAIS VENDO OS COMENTÁRIOS DE TRADERS LEGÍTIMOS QUE ELES ESTÃO NEGANDO O SAQUE. SIMPLESMENTE ALEGAM QUALQUER COISA SOBRE NÍVEL DE MARGEM.
If you don't meet the 40% margin rule, they will send an email and delete your account. That's what happened to me. They simply deleted me because I didn't know. I thought it was a serious company, since the owner also owns the Tickmill brokerage. They are there to scam and steal your money. I will never go back, especially after reading the comments from legitimate traders who had their withdrawals denied. They just say anything about margin levels.
