Good afternoon, we are very sorry that the regulations do not fit your trading style. However, our rules are designed to maintain and preserve the proper use of our clients' accounts.
Below is the regulation regarding risk in relation to the trading idea:
Multiple trades will be considered part of the same trading idea if:
They are opened on the same asset.
They have the same direction (buy or sell).
They are executed within a time frame no greater than 30 minutes between one trade and the next.
After this 30-minute interval since the closure of the last trade, new trades on the same asset and in the same direction will be considered part of a new trading idea, unless there is a technical justification to the contrary.
The trading idea and the risk assumed will always be measured based on the highest risk defined by the stop loss. This initial stop loss will be the first valid reference for risk calculation. If there are later modifications with a greater risk in the stop, the higher stop of the trade will be used for the calculation.
For example, if a trade has a 2% stop loss and ends with a profit, and then the client opens a new trade on the same asset and direction without at least 30 minutes passing, this trade will be considered part of the same trading idea, maintaining the initial 2% stop loss as the reference for risk measurement.
Furthermore, if a client keeps a trade open for a prolonged period and later moves the stop loss to break even (BE), closing the position, and opens a new trade within 30 minutes from the closure of the previous trade, this new entry will still be considered part of the same trading idea, calculating the risk according to the initial stop loss of the first trade.
