Payouts denied unjustly. No refund received

I had three pending AquaFunded payouts totaling approximately $11,469 denied after a risk review.
During the review, AquaFunded asked about my IP activity, VPS use, trade copier, and payment method. I provided explanations and supporting documentation. I explained that I used trade management/copying software only to manage my own accounts from my own trading setup, and that I did not copy trades from another trader, use a signal service, sell signals, or give anyone else access to my accounts.
AquaFunded later alleged copy trading, reverse trading, and coordinated trading with external traders. They provided screenshots of a limited number of trades with masked account numbers but did not provide unmasked account details, account ownership proof, or a trade-by-trade explanation showing how they determined that the compared accounts belonged to external traders.
I provided my master demo account trade history and explained that the trades originated from my own trading setup. AquaFunded acknowledged in writing that copying trades between accounts personally owned and controlled by the trader is allowed and stated that this was not the basis for their decision. However, they continued to maintain that the activity involved external traders and did not provide the specific proof or answers I requested.
The trades AquaFunded identified as β€œcopied,” β€œshared,” or β€œreverse” trades were not copied from or shared with other traders. The comparisons they provided represented only a small percentage of my overall trading activity, and many of the trades were independently supported by my own master demo account history. In a firm with a large number of traders, some overlap in symbol, direction, timing, position size, or exits is to be expected, particularly when traders use similar technical indicators, trading sessions, risk rules, and commonly used strategies. Similarity among a limited number of trades, by itself, does not establish coordination.
I also found it difficult to reconcile the allegation with the rest of my trading history. I followed AquaFunded’s other trading and payout rules carefully, so it would make little sense for me to jeopardize all three payouts by intentionally copying, sharing, or coordinating only a small number of trades with other traders.
AquaFunded denied all three payouts, breached the accounts, banned me from future trading with the firm, and terminated the relationship. They then stated that they would refund the purchase price of my active accounts to the original payment method as a goodwill gesture.
Before issuing that refund, AquaFunded required me to sign a Non-Disclosure & Non-Disparagement Agreement. The agreement stated that, in exchange for my compliance, AquaFunded would provide a full refund of my account purchase price. I signed the agreement in order to receive the refund they had offered.
The refund was already a poor substitute for approximately $11,469 in denied payouts, but AquaFunded did not return the fees to my original payment method as promised.
My experience was that AquaFunded denied approximately $11,469 in pending payouts based on allegations of coordinated trading, did not provide the specific evidence or answers I requested, and did not issue the promised refund to my original payment method.
I am posting this review to document my experience factually. If AquaFunded returns the promised refund to my original payment method, I am willing to remove this review once that has been completed.
If AquaFunded chooses to rightfully reconsider the payout decision and pays the three pending payouts that were properly earned, I will update this review to accurately reflect that resolution and the fact that the matter was ultimately resolved.

The first red flag for any should be…

The first red flag for any should be their 24/7 365 days a year discount. They seem to always run 40-50% discount on their challenges. Now that’s fine until you get to trade with them their spreads are a joke. and to top it off if your lucky enough to get to a payout they’ll make make sure you get the bare minimum. bringing rules that never excited in their policies.
Bottom line if you hate your money buy their challenges. Otherwise pay a little extra and go with another firm worth your money, time and effort.
Aquafunded is cheap for a reason and that comes with a a cost.
Stay away from them at all cost, if you don’t believe me give it a try and find out.

Be extremely careful before giving Aqua…

Be extremely careful before giving Aqua Funded your money. I successfully traded my account, but the moment I requested a legitimate payout, their risk team suddenly flagged my account, claimed a "breach" for copy and reverse trading, blacklisted me, and cut off all communication.
The "evidence" they provided is a complete joke. They sent out trade log screenshots containing completely redacted, anonymous account numbers (8XXX0, 8XXX8, etc.) that have zero connection to me, while refusing to show any actual network data, device IDs, or IP logs linking those accounts to my name.
When you analyze their logs side-by-side, the timings, lot size inconsistencies, and execution gaps don't even match automated copy-trading softwareβ€”it looks like a convenient excuse to block profitable traders from withdrawing their earnings. They are lightning-fast to take your evaluation fees and auto-ban your account upon a payout request, but complete radio silence when you call out their fabricated claims.
Stay far away from this firm if you actually expect to get paid out.

So many rules

So many rules, and depending on which account, not clear, done the pass first pay later, and couldn’t find where it states for that specific account loss per trade, found the max for the 300K+ is 1% but I was under impression the rest was 2% to my dismay after being up 3K yesterday a trade hit a loss of 1K and account closed even though it’s in profit, you can upgrade to 100% profit split and payout on demand but all that means is once you’ve hit all their little rules can claim first payout, stupid to charge that for someone to be up but can’t get a payout on demand
