SCAM CLAIM Plutus Trade Base

SCAM CLAIM Plutus Trade Base
I HAVE A 20.000$ FUNDED TRADING ACCOUNT I OPEND A BUY POSITION OF 0.02 .SL WAS NEVER HIT YET THE POSITION WAS CLOSED .
Official Complaint: Unwarranted Position Closure and Contradictory Support Claims
Date: October 6, 2026
Subject: Formal Complaint: Account #37600 – Erroneous Position Closure on XAUUSD (Ticket #4428884)
Dear Plutus Trade Base Management,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an erroneous trade execution and highly contradictory information provided by your live support team on October 5, 2026.
Incident Details:
β€’ Account Number: 37600 ($20,000 Funded Account)
β€’ Ticket ID: #4428884
β€’ Asset: XAUUSD (Gold vs US Dollar)
β€’ Position Type: Buy 0.02 Lots
β€’ Open Price: 4138.03
β€’ Set Stop Loss (SL): 4125.00
β€’ Close Price / Time: 4124.92 on 2026.10.05 at 04:29:41
The Core Issue:
My MT5 terminal shows that this buy position was closed out at 4124.92. However, my stop loss was strictly set at 4125.00. For a buy position, the trade should have been triggered and executed at 4125.00. The platform allowed the position to bypass the set SL parameters entirely to close at a worse price, resulting in an improper loss.
Furthermore, the support transcript with your agent, Enoch, raises serious concerns regarding transparency:
1. Initial Assessment: The agent explicitly stated that my account was in good standing, no rules were breached, and that the trade closure was likely a "temporary platform sync or terminal issue."
2. Abrupt Story Change: Minutes later, the agent completely contradicted his previous statement, asserting instead that the position closed automatically because the market price hit my SL due to spread widening.
Spread widening dictates that a buy trade (which closes on the Bid price) would be closed out early if the Bid price dropped aggressively. However, standard charts track the Bid price, and the execution price recorded is 4124.92β€”which is past the 4125.00 threshold. The agent's defense of standard "industry practice" fails to explain how a terminal bug suddenly turned into a spread-widening execution when challenged.
Requested Resolution:
Because my account remains in good standing and this premature/erroneous closure stems from either a backend technical failure or severe execution slippage, I request that Plutus Trade Base:
1. Re-evaluate the server logs for Ticket #4428884.
2. Credit the difference or adjust my funded account balance to reflect the correct metrics.
If this platform execution error cannot be transparently resolved, I request a full refund of my evaluation/account fee, as I cannot deploy capital or trade under conditions where defined risk metrics (Stop Losses) are bypassed by the terminal.
I expect a formal review of this ticket from your technical/compliance team. I have attached the MT5 screenshot and the full chat export to this email for your reference.

they are scammers

they are scammers! be careful!
some months ago i made 105k usd profit with 84k usd withdrawable profit (max DD was 0.64%)... they refused totally to pay me...
anyway i am in complaint against them, soon it will reach court! the complaint is with the advocate in cyprus now!
but one week ago, my German friend bought 2 accounts where they write in their website that EA are allowed... just after he paid, auto trading was disabled...
he contacted them, but till now more than one week passed and they still say that they are investigating!
EDIT: They flagg any real review to hide it immediatly from here. they hide reviews of real victims like me!

Hiden rules on PTB

Unfair refusal of payout after passing $10k challenge – Hidden rules applied retroactively
I bought a $10,000 challenge with Plutus Trade Base (PTB), passed both phase evaluation stages without any issues, and received my funded live account.
However, as soon as I made a profit on the funded account and requested my payout, PTB denied my withdrawal. Their support claimed that I had opened "dangerous positions" or breached risk rulesβ€”rules that were never clearly stated, outlined, or communicated prior to buying or passing the account.
It seems like they invent subjective terms ("dangerous positions") retroactively just to avoid paying out profitable traders. When you pass their challenges, they suddenly enforce hidden rules that aren't transparent in their initial terms and conditions.
Pros: Challenge process was smooth.
Cons: Payout denied using hidden/subjective rules. Zero transparency.
Verdict: Be very careful. If you make a profit, expect them to find arbitrary excuses not to pay you out. I do not recommend PTB based on my experience.

Hi Salex, congratulations on passing both phases; you say yourself the challenge process was smooth. Passing the evaluation and qualifying for a payout are two separate checks, and both are in the Terms & Conditions every Plutus Trade Base trader accepts at checkout. Section 31.13 says each payout request is reviewed for Risk Factor, trade distribution and return, and that high-risk or gambling-style trading can lead to a payout being declined, reduced or paid with conditions. That review isn't invented after a request; it's the written condition for every payout. To see exactly which positions it applied to, email [email protected] with the subject "Dispute Resolution Request" and your account number. Section 29.7 gives you 7 days to appeal, and you'll get the reasons in writing. β€” Plutus Trade Base

Hidden rules and zero toleranceβ€”be careful!

Please be extremely careful before purchasing a challenge with this firm. They advertise standard risk parameters in their challenge detailsβ€”such as a 5% daily loss limit and a 10% max total loss on a $10,000 accountβ€”making it look fair and straightforward.
However, they have trap rules and strict restrictions that you might accidentally trigger. My account was abruptly hard-breached and failed when I was only down about -$53 (roughly 0.5% of a $10,000 account!) just because of a minor technicality with lot sizes/rules. Losing just $53 out of $10k leads to an instant, permanent failure with zero tolerance or leniency.
Everyone makes mistakes or misclicks, but their rigid system shows zero empathy and feels designed to force you into failing and buying retakes. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid if you expect fair and reasonable trading conditions.

Hi Mas. Every Plutus Trade Base account runs on written rules that each trader accepts at checkout: our Terms & Conditions and the plan rules on our website. Breaches are applied automatically by the platform. If you believe one was applied wrongly on your account, email [email protected] with your account number and the support team will go through it with you. β€” Plutus Trade Base
