Affiliate Payment Still Pending After…

Affiliate Payment Still Pending After 24 Days
I requested a 1057 eur affiliate withdrawal on September 30. I contacted support on October 16 but my payment is still pending.
Support says its under additional review, even though my wallet is verified and nothing is required from my side.
It's now October 24. Why does reviewing an affiliate payout take this long? No clear explanation or payment date has been provided. Very disappointing.

I submitted my identity verification…

I submitted my identity verification (KYC) to BrightFunded on 11th October 2026. More than 7 days later, my verification is still not completed and my status hasn’t changed.
For a prop firm that advertises fast and smooth processes, a week without a decision, or even a clear status update, is not acceptable. Traders have invested money and time in these challenges and deserve transparent communication, especially about verification, which is a basic step.
I hope BrightFunded improves its support response times and gives clear timelines for verification. Until then, I can’t recommend them to other traders.

I'm not satisfied with their…

I'm not satisfied with their services and their support system. They are full of hidden and bad rules . I have lost a lot to them already and I will never recommend them to anybody. I will only keep using VINE HASH. where I have been making profits and my payouts steady.

Dear Trader,
Thank you for your feedback. We take every review seriously, so we checked our records before responding. We could not find an account, a purchase or any support request under the name on this review. If you are a BrightFunded customer, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the email address linked to your account so we can look into your concerns directly.
There are no hidden rules at BrightFunded. Every trading rule, including the daily and maximum loss limits, is published in our Help Center and in our Terms and Conditions, and traders can read them in full before buying an evaluation. Our support team is available through live chat and email and is known as one of the most responsive in the industry.
Our results speak for themselves. BrightFunded has paid out more than $16 million to traders, and many of them have received payouts month after month. That would not be possible if the conditions were as described here.
We also note that this review promotes a separate, unrelated service. We would encourage anyone reading to check carefully any service recommended in a review like this before sending it money.
Kind regards,
BrightFunded Team

Stop-loss filled $1.09 below my level

Stop-loss filled $1.09 below my level – account lost, no correction
On 13 October 2026 my XAU/USD buy trade (0.97 lots, ticket 7399129) on a $100,000 BrightFunded account was closed by stop-loss. My stop-loss was at 4179.50, but the order was filled at 4178.41, which is $1.09 below the level I set. My planned risk was $901 (0.90%). The actual loss was $1,006.86 (1.01%), almost 12% more. Because of this, my account was breached.
BrightFunded confirmed in writing that this was "a drawdown breach caused by slippage". Their support says a stop-loss is filled at "the next available price". According to independent Dukascopy tick data, the first price below my stop-loss was about 4178.95, so my fill was $0.54 worse. BrightFunded answered that only its own execution feed counts and that third-party data is not used. It did not provide its own price data. The decision was called final, and I was invited to buy a new challenge.
This was not a one-off: on 4 of my 5 trades on this account, my stop-loss or take-profit was filled worse than the level I set.
My advice to other traders: keep a large buffer between your stop-loss and the drawdown limits. At BrightFunded a stop-loss can cost you more than you planned, and in my case they refused to correct it.

Dear Trader,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when a stop loss fills beyond the level you set, especially when it decides the outcome of an account, so we want to explain clearly how this works.
A stop loss is not a guaranteed price. It is an instruction to close the position once the market reaches a certain level. On a buy trade, the position closes at the bid price, so your stop loss was triggered when the bid reached 4179.50. At that moment it became a market order and was filled at the next available bid. When gold moves quickly, prices can jump past a level without trading at it, and the order is filled at the first price available after the jump. This is called slippage. It is a normal feature of live markets at every broker, especially on fast-moving instruments such as XAU/USD.
Price data from Dukascopy or any other outside source cannot be used to review a fill. Each provider has its own liquidity and its own price stream, so their prices always differ slightly at any given moment. Your order was executed against our own liquidity feed, and that is the record we use to review every trade, for every trader. Our spreads are raw with zero markup, so the prices you trade on come straight from our liquidity provider, with nothing added by BrightFunded.
Our support team is always available if you would like to go through your trades in more detail.
Kind regards,
BrightFunded Team

BrightFunded’s trailing drawdown rules…

BrightFunded’s trailing drawdown rules are excessively restrictive and frustrating. Despite managing risk carefully and experiencing relatively small losses, my account is now dangerously close to being breached.
These rules leave traders with virtually no room to operate. I strongly recommend reading the conditions carefully before purchasing an account. Personally, I would not recommend BrightFunded or buy another account with them.

Dear Trader,
Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad to hear your account is still active. We want to explain how our account models differ, because each one is designed for a different trading style.
BrightFunded offers three evaluation models:
One-Step: a 3% daily drawdown and a 6% maximum drawdown that trails your highest equity. It has a single evaluation phase, making it the quickest route to a funded account, and the trailing limit is part of what makes that shorter route possible.
2-Step Bright: a 4% daily drawdown and an 8% maximum drawdown.
2-Step Classic: a 5% daily drawdown and a 10% maximum drawdown.
On both 2-Step models, the maximum drawdown is static. It is fixed from your starting balance and does not move up as your account grows.
On the One-Step model, the size of the drawdown allowance never changes in dollar terms, but the level follows your highest equity. Once your account reaches a new high, that high becomes the new reference point, so giving back open profit counts toward the limit. The One-Step model suits traders who manage their profits actively. Traders who hold positions longer and want more room for their equity to move up and down usually prefer one of the 2-Step models.
We agree with your advice to read the conditions before buying. The rules for every model are published in our Help Center and shown at checkout, so each trader can pick the model that fits their style. If you would like help choosing the right model for your next account, our support team will be glad to guide you.
Kind regards,
BrightFunded Team
